Nestea won the game so many times over, anyone could jump in at any point and make the outcome look closer than it ended up being. After the beginning, after the muta harass, even after taking down the third and saving his own fourth. I've never seen such lackadaisical play. What a straight-up comedy of errors, he basically shifted the game back and forth in and out of his favour the entire match. Then for the grand finale, just threw it all away. Huk did well to micro his heart out, but honestly, it feels more like Nestea was fighting himself. Putting his advantage and gas into broodlords and banelings, donating a bunch of mutas and actively microing them back and forth over blink stalkers, and then running around spine crawlers and infestors around the map with a huge protoss deathball in the vicinity without even scouting where it is... It's like he's never played ZvP against a templar-archon-stalker composition before. Not to mention the copious amounts of a-moving his army, letting that pylon exist for so long at the top.. What was he focusing his attention on? It's not like he was macroing a bunch of additional bases. I'm not even a Nestea fan but it just leaves me with a disgusted feeling. He's one of the best. He should be better- for himself as well as his fans. Did he tilt after his match with MMA? Did he want to showboat a bit too much? I don't know, but he should've had the presence of mind to buckle down when it was crunch time. /end venting | ||
