As for TT1, i tought his departure from Fnatic was due to the fact he wants to go to Korea so FXO could have been a great fit for both parties but with TT1's last post i guess he might stay teamless for some time.

Your theory does have some merit, I just wanted to hear it. I can see why that would make sense, and it's not totally out of the question either. I'm interested to see what happens and where they both end up.

Like what in a team makes you lose motivation if you're not getting paid from them? Team help in so many ways most importantly giving you recognition to event organizers to attend certain events. You also have a chance to prove yourself in clanwars. Did Fnatic take cuts of your winnings or something that you couldn't just tell them, "Hey, I don't want a salary anymore because I want to motivate myself".

I kind of have to question whether being a pro is right for someone if being paid to do something doesn't motivate them sufficiently to at least keep up with the current trends and skills. Maybe not having the money will make him hungrier, but what happens once you need the money again and join a team? Will he just fall back into the same old bad habits and become lazy again? If I was involved with a team then that previous post from TT1 would make me question whether it'd be worth talking to him about joining the team.

No one cares about NightEnD, or other European mercs, go get your TEAM back, because a roster full of solo players seems so unappealing from a fan perspective. I agree, except that NightEnD is really awesome and he's become part of the family

Not really having any results since March kind of hurts the ego I'd think, I'd assume its the same kind of feeling Incontrol and Tyler are going through. tt1 is nowhere near as bad though
