I was watching NBC earlier this evening and saw a brief clip of next week's (10/27) episode of The Office. The episode is halloween themed and it appeared to me that character Dwight Schrute was dressed as The Queen of Blades herself, Kerrigan (SC1/BW era).
It doesn't appear this clip is posted on nbc's website yet. Did some internet digging and the episode is titled 'Spooked!' and is on next thursday.
Did anyone else see the clip? Am I dreaming?
Assuming it is Kerrigan, my followup questions are: - Is Rainn Wilson a Starcraft Fan? - If yes, we should introduce him to Rain - Or, if not Rainn Wilson, is it some other office writer/actor that is responsible?
it seems to me that this is a cheap attempt by the office to get more viewers by drawing in starcraft fans. How should the community react to such a blatant attempt at forcing the show on fans of Starcraft?
I say watch it. Tune in even if you don't like the office. If The office is able to boost viewers by including a Starcraft reference, TV execs will take notice, and it will bring us one step closer to viewing matches on TV.

uhh cheap attempt for viewers? Or it is instead what any show will do... capitalize on popular things and slip them in for humor. Its pretty standard and not cheap. Was Will Wheaton wearing a zerg shirt in big bang theory cheap as well?
Also forcing fans? Seriously? Why do people on the internet always come up with crazy theories...

I hope you're joking
There's no way he's serious. If so, someone needs to sue his GP for not diagnosing him.

What episode?
in the latest episode. Its somewhat subtle since it is only the zerg symbol and not a unit or anything but to you as a sc2 fan it should be obvious
If I'm not mistaken then producer of The Office was making a film at IPL3 or MLG. Fairly certain at least one of the higher ups there plays/watched SC2.

Yeah and I guess South Park doing an episode on WoW was a cheap attempt to get views as well...lol?

BOOM!
Hehe, I would definitely see that episode of The Office if Starcraft was included. It has been a while since I've watched that show, and I still fondly remember the Call of Duty 1 episode. "You DO NOT snipe on Carentan!"
