Funtime is over, start behaving in here. You all know the rules and this isn't the place for some kind of comments or discussion. Keep it to the games and keep balance, the casters and meta discussions out of here.
Pretty please, with minerals on top. |

Good building placements and cannons to reduce lings surface area before storm is up, archons if needed. Feedbacks with the help of obs' sight. Yes i know dual sight is really bad for sim-city, but 2 base colo is seriously the worse choice out of the 2.
Really, where does this genius information come from? At which point of that game would MC have ever been in a position to take a third? How well would those templar work if Monster just masses roaches while denying the third? Colossi take out both lings and infestors, the problem is that it opens you up to being pinned down by mutas and unable to do anything on garbage maps like Dual Sight where taking a third is impossible.

He's vs Violet in the first round and probably has a less than 50% chance of making it past him... There's not a single mid-range thing about HerO, hes exceptional in everything except maybe nerves.
Anyway, getting dual sight as your 3rd map vs a zerg seems like a cruel joke.

Would absolutely bet on HerO viOlet's ZvP is fine, it's his ZvT that is inconceivably bad. === So many Barracks for GumiBear Dunno about that. The last time I saw him playing against killer and jyp he looked pretty bad. Meanwhile pvz seems to be herO's specialty
I didn't think he was too bad vs JYP, he just got handled by some pretty inspiring Protoss play. He wrecked Tester without too many problems.
I do still expect HerO to win because I think he's great at PvZ, I'd just not go as far as saying that "violet sucks" outright.

I am actually not sad about some players dropping out at all. Time for some new names, some fresh blood and hopefully some surprising styles and moves. Game needs to keep evolving in style, maps and players. Especially in this stage.

Pretty sure most protoss users hate zerg way way way more than terran. Dont get me wrong, they hate terran plenty, they just hate zerg even more. Which I find funny because my brother who plays Zerg hates Protoss so much more than any one else. While many Zergs hate Terran way more than they hate Protoss. It all depends on who you ask.
I think Jinro is talking about good protoss players ^^

Against Terran you have good builds, it's just that sometimes you get BO losses that seem to be unscoutable.
Against Zerg you have no good builds.

I only have one problem with this: most of these new players coming up into code S...
ALL TERRAN.

Well deserved win by Monster. I have to agree with this. He let lings run by several times in game two whilst putting on zero pressure, he didn't scout the spire that was IN MONSTER'S MAIN and then chose to push out vs muta/ling/infestor without chargelots or HT or archons. what good are chargelots vs speedlings? and colossus AND HTs+archons off 2 base? really? zealots are good vs lings, esp if you have upgrade advantage (which he should have considering he opened nexus first -> forge). if your zealots can keep up with your blink stalkers then you can freely chase down mutas -- if you noticed in that last battle, mc's zealots arrived at the battle about 5-6 seconds too late. there's also a reason protosses have stopped going for colossus versus fast infestor... what was it called again? neural? In case you missed game one, the colossus absolutely destroyed neural because MC knows how to focus fire. Charge wouldn't have won that engagement that cost him game3, don't even go there. A handful of zealots arriving 5 seconds earlier simply means they get fungaled with the stalkers and die. 200/200 for charge when he lost 1 colossus for nothing is a very steep investment on 2 base.

Amen.
If they are really the best in the world, they bounce back like MarineKing has.
If they aren't they drop out and stay gone.
That being said, I don't think we've seen the last of oGsMC. He'll be back and with a vengeance.

It is like that thing where eveyone else loves him so I hate him. I'm a hipster nerd I guess (even though I never liked him). Those basetrades against Nada made me sad spectator. Either way I can see why other people like him...stylistic, amazing micro and a ton of passion whether he wins or loses.

I think PvZ is doable, while PvT is ridiculous. Then again, that's just my opinion lol. I guess Jinro didn't make it clear enough, but he's talking about professional SC2 Protoss players. If you are a pro SC2 player, I apologize since I don't recognize your handle.
I'm not, and he said players, not pro players, and there are a lot of people talking about it, AND it's likely pro protoss players hate Terran more, because Terran gets troublesome when he can execute a 1-1-1 perfectly, which is truer of pro Terrans.
