Night 2 wherebugsgo, Jail Keeper has been killed + Show Spoiler + Jail Keeper: Locking people up and bending them over makes your day, and at times even your nights. During these hours after dark you can lock anyone up in a cell, thereby protecting them from the harsh world outside. Doing this though, you also prevent them from carrying out their business. In other words you protect & roleblock your target that night AND the following Day phase. Due to some silly shit called "laws" you cant lock the same person up 2 nights in a row. You also can't lock yourself up. Due to some alien physics you can't roleblock the Mafia kill though. You win when all threats to the Town are eliminated. Good luck!
