Here it is, i finally reached my 90 days of this strict workout routine. (6 days on 7).
I guess this is just the beginning. I discovered a new passion and also a new healthy routine. This is positive. Hopefully, i will stick with this new mindset and keep staying strong physically and mentally.
My goal was becoming fit. Not ripped. Therefor i should be ok with the results. This journey made me improve in agility, flexibilty, endurance and finally strength. Who would have taught that in 90 days i could improve in so many aspects seeing the lazy type of guy that i had become!
Next step is P90MasterSeries, what a cocky name! It will be more challenging, it got the reputation of a mini P90X! (Plyo/Cardio/Intervals/Core/UML/etc).
I am looking forward for it. Meaning i'll be back sharing my evolution or body revolution in 90 days! But right now it is time for a week or two of recovery that my muscles are much anticipating since day1
