We went over capacity by quite a bit. By quite a many bits. I am so sorry to all the people we had to turn away, it really was not an ideal situation. We will be working on a solution for this for the next event. | ||

People kept showing up in droves... too bad we couldn't expand upstairs there were like 10 people there >< They actually had to remove the tables mid-afternoon to clear more room for chairs... pretty sure the Fire Department would have had a fit if they had seen how packed the place was! Luckily they were probably all busy with the parade going on that afternoon... I posted a few pics in the Barcraft Summary thread for your enjoyment. | ||
