Great program btw :D
This feature is already included in Sc2gears.
On the Internal tab of the Misc settings dialog, you can set the Profile validity time. Default is 3 days. If Sc2gears displays a profile that was downloaded more than 3 days ago, it will update it automatically.
Also on the Analyzer tab of the Misc settings dialog there is an "Empty cache" button which clears all cached profile info.
One more note. You can manually update any profile by clicking on the "Update now" link on the profile dialog. To open a profile dialog, simply click on the profile picture or the best rank icons in the Replay analyzer.
I wanted to write a ChatEditor-Plugin but after browsing trough the API i don't see any method to edit a replay. Am i overlooking something or is altering replays (besides filename) not allowed from your side?

Inspired by the Coach AI custom map(found here: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=250917 ) I thought it would be pretty cool to have some sort of Plug in that could check how long you have been supply blocked, how long you didn't produce workers(obivously all in would need to be taken into account here), etc... It would allow you to measure improvement over time and what not.
I don't know if there exist a tool that does this but I couldn't find it..
Btw Sc2gears is an awesome program!
As posted before, replays do not contain enough information to tell when a player is supply blocked. It also cannot be determined exactly when you don't build workers. The Build/Tech chart visualizes this as possible.
Thanks for the reply.
It seems to me, looking at the replay analyser on Sc2gears that one could feasibly parse the replay for units build and compare with how many supply depots were build(I assume these contain time stamps) and check how long, if at all one was supply blocked. The times stamps would allow for one to compute the time which you were supply blocked. Would that be possible?

Unfortunatelly this is not the case. Because replays only contain the commands that were issued but do not contain the success of those commands. For example you send a probe to build a pylon somewhere on the map. The replay will record that action regardless if the probe gets killed on its way to the destination (and fails to build that pylon).

Oh I see, I knew my ignorance of the information that the replay file contains would come into play eventually. XD

-EDIT- NVM got it to work =)
For others who don't know how to get this: there's an info line which states: "Right click on a player to copy the full format."
So just open a replay of yours in the Replay analyzer, and right click on your name, and there's a menu item: "Copy full name..." which copies it to the clipboard, now go back to the Sound of Victory plugin, and you can paste it with CTRL+V.
How do you fill in a winner when it says unknown? I want to use this program to see my race win rate, but 37 out of 240 replays are unknown which gives me a very inaccurate reading.

That is unrealistic high ratio of unknown results. Usually it is around 1% of the games so it doesn't alter the real win ratio.
Is there any way to exclude subfolders so that replays I download and copy into the multiplayer folder does not auto save, I dont want replays with say sjow in my auto save folder I just want to watch them.
when i have SC2gears running while i play SC2, i getting some bad random lag... and and with out i get none... does some already got same probleme? it happen from like 1 maybe 2 week now

Thanks.
I assume replays you download and copy into the Replays folder you want to view, you copy them to a different folder than the one Sc2 saves your last replays. Simply change your SC2 auto replay folder to the one where SC2 autosaves your last replays. By default this folder contains all your accounts. Select a subfolder of it which points exactly to the Unsaved subfolder inside the Multiplayer folder.`
For victory audio I'm using the first 40 seconds of the legendary Guile Theme, but I can't figure out what to use for defeat audio. I'd guess something motivational from Day9 or something. Ideas?
