It may or may not help, but you can describe your situation to the employer and that you need to make enough to earn 200-300$ to fly back to Canada. Bring as much proof as possible.
The best experience would be to stay there until you can use your flight ticket, but that would depend heavily on your survival skill in a foreign land.

If you would need help with czech translation (because of cops or dunno) just let me know. Prague is dirty city in nights because there are lost of East Europian ppl who are really poor so they are stealing and stealing, but nevertheless i'm shamed

Here is another idea, if not a bit more crazy...
contact your local newspaper in your hometown. Probably can find them on the internet. Hopefully they're write about your situation. Have your mom meet them to show proof.
...If that ever happens, please include me

you just need to get one of those UNICEF or Red Cross donation boxes and go door to door, my friends did this in middle school
dunno if wherever you are the people are good enough about donations
edit: oh also what they did that worked was first ask in "as a survey," something like "do you care about xxx organization or xxx cause?" and when they say yes THEN you ask for the donation. people don't like to be liars.

yeah it's amazing how generous some people on this forum are... but again this is one of the rare cases someone posts a request like this (obviously because they'd have to be poor and have a computer+internet)... if it became more common i doubt it'd be received as well
