You can read Jessica's response about it here http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=236783 Just search for association and you'll come upon the paragraph, it only really talks about boxer being involved in it though, and not why slayers as a whole is not participating.

Atleast players like Puma, FD and Tester are no longer with this poorly managed team, and I hiope those that are still signed to TSL are able to find safe homes soon.

I was unaware of any kind of governing body over the teams there. However, the SC2PA does not wish to cripple the competition in Korea and is not considering any sanctions regarding their participation in leagues. It's in the OP.

They didn't really explain that, and only told them to take an introspective look at their actions. Was it just underperformance? Probably underperformance - I imagine coach Lee withholding their salary because of lack of results. Obviously, I don't understand everything about asian culture, but I really think TSL's management is starting to look rotten, also with the Puma-case in mind. Even though leaving your team is a very drastical thing to do in Korea, I can totally understand both FruitDealer, Tester and PuMa - If a guy promises to pay you, and even go public and puts numbers on these salaries and then just dosn't pay up, I would leave as well. This wouldn't just affect the players who were promised salary, but also the other players on the team live and talk to the affected players every day.. Even though he is regarded very highly in Korea, I think coach Lee is starting to look like a douche

He portrayed himself as some great father figured that was taken advantage of by EG and Puma. It was really obvious in the Puma/EG situation that the only reason it blew up is because Coach Lee was in over his head. The drama was the result of him whining. It was pretty obvious TSL wasn't in good shape after that fiasco. Doesn't look like it'll get better. SC2con is something like the player's version of doing KeSPA's job. It's really about arbitration and keeping things above board. They list team rosters and all that fun jazz. SlayerS is like a partner but not a member, I believe. Not sure why, as I don't read Korean, so hard to figure out.

Just trying to see things from his light. I'm quite sad that the past few drama incidents have really dropped TSL's reputation needlessly. The issue however seems to be with FD and Trickster, who were not putting in their share of work (despite being the only two receiving nearly $1k a month in salaries). The other players like Clide, SangHo, etc, all still kept practiced hard and even returned their salaries when their team were in trouble. I think Lee probably should have took the offer to negotiate with the players, but then again, he could still be a bit pissed at s2con's inaction over Puma's departure. It's just a very bad time for him and TSL.
