New York studio 200kcondo Or to put it another way a 5 bedroom New York city condo would cost you around $4,000,000 (plus $2,700/month condo fee) New York You just made me so depressed for having an appartment that 1/5 the size almost 3 times the price. (Im only renting, so its not too terrible) But I am looking forward to the US next year fro my master degree.

Lol you beat me to it. Same house to. http://realestate.yahoo.com/Arizona/Goodyear/16764-w-durango-st:35491bcbdc2f015f2c06123a84acea7;_ylt=AqynmK4DM5ynCA8la6_Am59n47Qs
Also the monthly payment to buy the house is 850-1100. Renting would be similar price so it isn't as expensive as most of you are thinking.

Haha smart minds think alike!

yeah if you can get a house like that for 150k then am moving to the US tomorrow, for a house like that would easily cost in the millions in the UK.

Holy shit that house is huge! And that explains how InControL was being able to just not see Anna any more lol

Cant wait to finally see Demuslim streaming.

Freaking calgary,
If you'd be willing to move to a barren desert in the middle of one of the most hostile, racially insensitive, and generally intolerant places in the United States, you could get a much lower price.
As its been mentioned, there are insane prices in better places.

Yeah the NASL is basically gonna be GSL #2 next season but if DeMuslim can get past his whining mentality (sorry no nice way to put it) he can easily match a lot of the code S players, he has potential for sure.

Is this how a "normal" house for normal to decent wealthy people live in in america looks like?
Cause you would laugh how the houses for normal people look like here in good old germany :D

Hopefully this churns out a new style from EG from the think-tank living they are going to be a part of

Freaking calgary,
Dude, there is people in Calgary who make $60k a year managing at McDonalds. It's all relative, there is people with masters and professional degrees in Arizona who have had to move elsewhere for employment or simply cannot find work. It's not like you could move to Arizona and still making $100k a year without any education working on an oil rig like you can in Calgary.
Back on topic, this is good and I hope it can help the members of EG start winning ( I don't even mean winning tournaments..just winning games in general would be a good start )

This house is actually insanely cheap to the point where a lower middle class family would be able to afford it without too much trouble.
Unfortunately, it also happens to be in a really crappy part of the US.

Why exactly is EG a leading gaming team for e-sports ?

No. Rich people don't want to live in Arizona, lol.

Oddly enough this thread is tempted me to move to AZ, after looking into the housing market over there after all the estate debate I realize how low my standard of living currently is compared to the overpricing of it.

Cause you would laugh how the houses for normal people look like here in good old germany :D Depends. In some places houses are dirt cheap. Like Arizona or Nevada. Whereas in San Fran Cisco something like that would cost a fortune. I'd say no for the most part, a lot of houses were bought before the crash when they cost much more.
