This is probably a house in one of those planned suburbs where they have a land developer buy cheap property 30-60 minute drive outside a major city then build 70 similar home on it using the same building plans with a few changes so they aren't to cookie cutter. If your willing to commute 30-60 minutes you can usually find cheap housing anywhere in the Midwest USA.

I'm not really feeling the direction that this team house is going. The traditional Korean team house is strictly for training and player development. This EG team house seems like its here to promote EG and their players.

Arizona isn't crappy, I think it was just one of the areas that was overbuilt during the housing bubble so prices are lower now.

The house looks really nice and it's always good to see the foreigner community put up teamhouses. Hopefully the improved training environment will lead to improvement in skill level for the players.

Press Releases on some level are always deceptive, he wasn't gonna open with: "North America’s Slightly okay professional gaming team and an occasional contributor in e-sports ....", and people questioning his opening know that.
