A house like this would cost in germany EASILY over 1 million euro if it's not made out of wood like most american houses.
EG is one of the more affluent teams on the scene and they have a throng of sponsors. That, combined with loans (total guess on my part but most likely the case), is how they can afford a team house like that.

This house looks amazing, must have cost the team allot, but i guess when you have sponsors like EG have you can afford this type of stuff. I hope that it boosts all the players performance so they can perform better overall.

i think its pretty much like the cassandra-grubby thing. cassandra always managed the teams grubby played it. she went to all event and everything worked out fine as it seems.

good luck to the whole EG team! i think Demuslim and Incontrol will improve rapidly, since they have really nice training partners and rts-heads. just one more solid terran would be great possibly

Hopefully EG will improve their preformances. Their results at Anaheim were very dissapointing after the hype they brought forth (the training bootcamp thing, saying they would prevent koreans from dominating MLG again)

without a team manager or coach, i wonder how they'll enforce a rigorous schedule and player development. sure anna is the team house manager, but i don't think she'll want to baby sit 6 other people making sure they get the mandatory set hours of practice(maybe i'm wrong dunno). all the "content" that's going to be released on site also feels kinda fishy, but we'll have to see i guess.
great looking house though, it's absolutely massive! i hope everyone on the team will work their absolute best and show some more promising results in the future!

No! The houses here in germany are waaaay better. There is a reason why houses here a not that cheap, there are many laws that prevent bad constructed houses like in NA.

a house like that in the pic would prollhy cost 3 mill in a major metropolitan area in the US. If you can find houses like that for 150k i might be moving shortly xD

I like how this thread has become a real-estate Q&A.
The US has a lot of land, so with the recent economic downturn and large dorp in prices there are many areas where you can get a very nice/new home for around $45/sq foot. (Arizona, Nevada, Florida).
So the EQ House would would easily be in the $150-200k range.
A quick search shows me many example (here are two 5+ bedroom houses for under 200k in Az)
House 1 5 bedroom
House 2 (6 bedroom)
Now there are other areas of the US where houses are very expensive well over $1000/sq foot (New York City, Boston, many parts of california)
There you can get 1/10 the space for the same 200k price.

Or to put it another way a 5 bedroom New York city condo would cost you around $4,000,000 (plus $2,700/month condo fee)
