Jedi has so far confessed to cheating in yesterday's matches against AP. He also apologized to Xiaoxiaoma, implying cheating in CSL season 16 ro4, which was 3 months ago. Now the Chinese SC community suspects that this cheating streak may have started since as far as a few years ago. However, Jedi's apology video didn't reveal the Korean shadow player, the possible middleman, nor for how long he had been cheating. The community at large is in shock, and sick with rage.

Liquipedia say his Approx. Total Winnings:$49,384. Was he a talented and well-respected player before cheating started? If he was good then its just kindof sad. Because why risk your entire career for winning a tournament? Maybe he had personal or financial troubles? Let us hope that he takes a long time to reflect, and that he comes back a more respectful and self-respecting person.

Jedi was awarded the following documented spot bonus from viewers by beating Xiaoxiaoma in CSL season 16 ro4 alone, which he has confessed to cheating. I'm sure there are additional undocumented bonuses. Note that this is on top of tournament prize. Playoffs Viewers' Donation $2,029.59 ¥14,800 China Zerg JeDi Reference: ![]()

If jatgirl could win, he continued to imitate Jedi's formation habits. In the key matches, he started using Jatgril's own formation habits after 6 minutes of imitation. In the 4-3 elimination match against xiaoxiaoma, the third set, which was 0-2 behind, started using Jatgril's formation habits. The final match after 3-3 was also a match where he imitated Jedi's formation habits for 6 minutes and completely used Jatgril's formation habits, and both of 2games won. Jatgirl=Beast right?

I checked all the hotkey use for the sets that Jedi had a korean play for him, and compared them to matches jedi himself played. This confirmed Jedi was not playing vs AP, and vs Xiaoma. I recognized the hotkey use of the smurf and it is not Beast. Beast starts very simple with all hotkeys starting at 1 2 and 3. The smurf starts with a very unique hotkey set-up of 1 and 5, adding 2 and 6 after 2 minutes, and then slowly adding 3 and 7 and adding 4 very late into the game. The only person who uses this hotkey setup is MisO. I looked at 30 possible pro/semi-pro zergs and only Miso uses this hotkey set-up. It is like a fingerprint. Jedi starts with 1 2 3 and 5 and adds 4 early and 6 early. The hotkeys seem to imply it is MisO who played for Jedi. I am not 100% sure it is MisO, but it looks a lot like Miso. Plus MisO never goes hive vs p.

Jatgril imitated JeDi's formation habits in the game and at one point, unable to continue imitating, switched back to his own formation habits. CSL will issue another announcement later.

But how about beast/Jatgirl? Does he get any punishment for being involved? Did he get paid to smurf? Do koreans even care about this kind of thing happening at foreign tournaments at all? I somehow kinda doubt it..
