eh, they're all sorta out of date already, lol.
I run 1/14/15
1 Improved Smite
3 Armor 3 MRes 3 SoS 2 Defensive Mastery 3 Harden Skin
3 Good Hands 1 Improved Ghost 4 Awareness 2 Utility Mastery 2 Meditation 3 Quickness
Armor Pen Marks Armor Seals Mp5pL Glyphs Armor Pen Quints
Ghost/Smite
Cloth + 5 hp pots Opening.
Skill ordering goes QE(Q/W)(W/Q)QR -> Q > R > W > E
the nitty gritty on jungling is your standard jungling stuff... focus big guys first (even with your passive it's favorable to off the large creeps first), attack a bunch, spam spear shot on your target. jungling path goes mana golem -> wolves -> a decision: 1) an opponent is pushing a lane (typically a Mord/Heimer/Sivir) you go Lizard and when you level, you grab W and go for the gank. You should be spent on potions at this point, but you should arrive for the gank at relatively high HP because of your chugging. Don't be a cheapskate and try to save a potion and show up for the gank with like 250 HP cause you'll just get killed. 2) all your lanes are pushing or around neutral. Go Wraiths -> Stone Gols, grabbing level 2 Q at level 3. B here and grab another HP pot (you should have 1 left over from this path), a ward, and boots. Kill Lizard if a gank is opening up, otherwise go straight to wolves and do another round of wolves -> wraiths before taking lizard. Ward Dragon whenever you need to start worrying about the opposing jungler doing it.
The idea with the item build is to do something like this: cloth boots wriggle's lantern brutalizer
from there you deviate depending on the game. If you're dying, you usually have to go mercs -> a tanking item, if you're getting kills and maintaining map control, you usually go for a BF Sword before investing in becoming tankier. At this point it's largely game dependent, but my tanking items of choice are GA, Banshees, Frozen Mallet, and Atma's Impaler. Some games you don't need anything BF related and can just go like... Negatron -> Chain Vest -> Banshee's -> Giant's Belt -> Atma's -> Mallet or some crap like that and you'll be fine. but yea, it's all really game-dependent post bruta.
jungle panth is very largely about ult usage. it's part of the reason lantern is so good on him, because keeping their buffs/dragon warded can lead to some savage ult rapings. The main difficulty with Panth's ult is always predicting where the opponents will be, but junglers just sit there and wail on buff creeps/dragon for 15-20 seconds so you can just R + click on them for really devastating ganks, especially if you coordinate your team on them. You're also always mia, so the opposing team needs to always be on their toes vs. you when you hit 6 and there's no more of that annoying "halp, I need someone to cover top!" when you're bot crap. You can get where you need to at the drop of a hat, which is nice.

Why do people think Heimer is bad all of a sudden? Three turrets in one spot is usually a waste of mana, and getting level 2 turret before level 8 is a waste of skill points. The nerf basically slightly adjusted his mid-late game. Are his turrets such a defining feature people don't notice the 1000 range nuke?
because people are retarded, in the meantime, abuse the hell out of heimer until people start banning him again

I totally agree! He's ment to be annoying as piss. Arguing against shaco is like arguing against lurkers. I mean wtf?
More like arguing against DT's, which I totally do (lol)

Anyone want to play right now? Let me know :D

My last LoL game that I played a few games ago we lost solely to a shaco who didn't do anything but backdoored every time we would push

Yes it is, except your back gets broken within a day from carrying pubs, if you try to.

and really, i dont understand how tris cant kill a heim while that heim is only protected by 1 single turret.... he is just bad zzz

I just wanted to interject about how comical I thought it was where Smash mentioned him playing Panth as a reference to 'sucking it up' with weaker heroes, and then goes on in the next post in the thread to say he thinks he has the absolute best early game gank in the game, and very strong jungle presence. Meanwhile, Loci and some other people are playing Panth a ton and doing VERY well with him in the role he fills right now, which is kind of akin to int heroes in DotA/HoN: control the game while your carries get in position to end it.
I'm sorry Smash, I love you and I won't argue that Panth is what he used to be, but he is still very much a great champ in the right team comps(read: your team doesn't encourage the other team to stack nothing but armor making you a walking stunbot that can occasionally grab a tower dive kill). Comparing him to some bottom of the barrel champs(we all know that every champ is 'viable' but that doesn't mean if teams both play well they aren't huge liabilities) is silly.

Trist's damage and range are really low early on and basically for her to do any damage she's going to have to land a jump, ignite, explosive shot and auto-attack while hoping to miss a blind/stun and not eat nukes/creep/turret aggro. Then Heimer's passive heals everything.
I think the bigger problem is the middle levels, where Trist outranges and can blow up turrets with auto-attacks.

I really wanna play, but my launcher/patcher is all fucked up. I can't patch on BOTH the EU and NA version

It's a hard matchup for Heimer. The key is to keep your turrets behind the creeps -- don't try to push. Then if she wants to hit them, she has to eat creep aggro. As soon as there are 2 or fewer creeps in her wave, you get in a rocket shot, then back off to your turrets/creeps.
If she's gets aggressive, you E her, and she eats a lot of turret shots. Doubly true in mid levels, when you can ult and your turrets slow.
This is all based on my early Heimer skill order, which is QWWEWQW. If you just go QEQWQRQ and think you'll be a farm bot, you'll lose the matchup in short order.
Overall, it's a bad matchup, but if you're better at Heimer than your opponent is at Trist (as I was by quite a bit in that game, obviously) you can win it.

BTW if you see this OP, add me to player list please.

I am still new only like lv13 and would love a partner to smash out these levels with and learn some more.

nothing makes me rage more than being 14-1 then ending the game 5 minutes later 17-3

This is a joke build, and a bad one at that.
CDR Shen
Teleport / Ghost ArPen red / energy regplvl yellow / mres plvl blue / energy reg quints 0/21/9 <- greed ftw
QWQEQR/ then whatever, but focus on W. You want it max before you finish your CDR items.
Cloth Armor + 5 hpots HoG Avarice Merc Treads Brutalizer / Warden's Mail / Sheen / situational Negatron* Randuins / Ghostblade / second Brutalizer** Triforce
*you want to stay on this item tier as long as possible, so you keep the gold generating items. **gives 40% cdr, no need for runes or masteries.
The point of the build is to abuse feint's new length (2.5 seconds of cover) with CDR + energy runes (it'll have a CD of 3 seconds with 40%). Proccing Sheen/Triforce becomes stupid easy after this.
Trouble is, even with feint spam, Shen still dies, and even with energy runes, you tap out very quickly. Even with Sheen/Triforce and tons of ArPen, you just don't do that much damage from auto attacks. You may as well just skip the whole CDR gimmick and stack sunfires.

slint, you should add a kage's to your early game, build a DFG instead of ghostblade, and focus on AP. AP will strengthen your feint and your vorpal and combined with max cdr you'll be unkillable (while still outputting damage, instead of just having a gimmicky shield)
|
so how do you place 2 heimer turrets down at the same time? or is the tooltip wrong?
|
At level 2 turret skill you can have a maximum of 2 turrets up at the same time, but you place turrets down individually.
