Thus there are little periods of time when Garen is not able to accidentally kill you just for being in his presence because he's getting too dizzy. Singed on the other hand can just leave that shit uncorked and run around forever. Hence, Singed is the least fair, most brokenest character to ever be made in any game ever. m i doin' it rite? | ||

True that Deceive is still godly but I would bet the the overall character with the recent nerf isnt top tier anymore. 3v3 is still dominated by good junglers and beefy characters (grrrrr Garen). | ||

Such poor game design. singed doesn't give a fuck, he'd just run around in circles chasing PCMs and Shaco would accidentally die... twice. New Shaco is kinda lulzy IMO. I out-jungled one really hard with Panth last night, LOL. He went straight for our lizard and despite me pinging like crazy my team wouldn't come help me kill him, so I was really far behind and sad. Then like, 10 minutes later I hit tab and was a solid 20 CS above him and just started loling. And then I fucked his shit up wicked hard in every teamfight. I dun care how scary your offense is when I can see your lizard buff, jump you and immediately kill you. | ||

Prenerf (havnt tried him postnerf), i would come out of the jungle @ lvl 3 with just golem and would get a kill 90% of the time, and the other 10% they would just barely escape. Thats not even to mention my double buff gank that occurs shortly afterward | ||
