the garlic should be soft enough to smash into a fine paste with ease.
take your garlic and add to the sauce pan
if sauce is still somewhat thing, bring to a minor bubbling boil at maybe 35-40% heat
when sauce has thinned out more, you're ready to serve
also: if desired, substitute red pepper for smoked salmon. Incredible.

Anyways. JD was a huge Stimey fan which just... makes a lot of sense for how he went out. While I don't think JD = Stimey, it wouldn't be too surprising and would make a fuck-ton of sense at the same time.
