Here's one I make often. Just an easy variation of available online recipes
+ Show Spoiler +boil some water for thin spaghetti, which usually takes 8 minutes or so to cook
melt 1/8 stick of butter in a separate pan
add 2 tbsp of cream cheese
after cheese has softened, add 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
In the meantime, roast 4 garlic cloves with a little olive oil wrapped in foil, at 400 degrees for at least 15 minutes
chop up 1/3 of a whole red pepper and add to sauce pan. Turn up heat to maybe 25%
add several dashes of black pepper
add 1 tsp of sugar
add a generous portion of parmesan cheese, as much as 1/8 of a cup
when garlic is finished roasting, use a knife/fork to smash the cloves and separate the skin.
the garlic should be soft enough to smash into a fine paste with ease.
take your garlic and add to the sauce pan
if sauce is still somewhat thing, bring to a minor bubbling boil at maybe 35-40% heat
when sauce has thinned out more, you're ready to serve
also: if desired, substitute red pepper for smoked salmon. Incredible.
