In between JimmiC and Billyboy there was oldwiseman44 and that time they got just plain banned fwiw.

Creating a new account and using it only to ask for an unban is an acceptable way of contacting the mods for an unban.
Also in general ban evasion isn't a huge concern if they try to sneak in by fixing the problematic behaviour. A previously shit poster getting one over on the mod team by following the rules is something I can live with.

That tracks. I don't think any of it is all that serious, I was just intepreting BR's comment as "Is this an alt account admitting to ban evasion?" which led to my confusion and comment.

It wasn't a good joke though BliND-RaWR because I didn't say I overstayed my welcome, just that I overstayed.
The RogerChillingworth account has a special place in my heart because it has posts from Star2 beta days, so I figured if I'm going to post I'd rather just have 1 account.
