glglgl However awesome London would be, GL funding a gaming house in London! House prices are ridiculous down there right now.
I know, I pay stupid money for my place But still, this sounds really awesome, I want some UK gamers to root for as well as Lau, Gomas and Biohazard!

Plymouth is litrally the cheap of the cheap
and its not the nicest place either but i guess if you want to be able to afford this then you have to look low!
also job wise you'd be competing with the uni as i remember my mate trying to get part time work and he struggled due to the amount of students looking for part time work but at the end of the day your pursuing your dream and i guess something will only get in your way if you let it!

Well, if you guys arrange the house and start streaming I'd certainly watch.

Second hand experience man so much second hand experience.
Plymouth has changed a lot in the last 10 years, lots of money injected into it. As to the uni/student thing, thats hardly city specific, uni's tend to attract students lol

Best thing to do with jobs in the area is not leave it too late, try and find one before freshers week ends at least.

In one year I may be able to if this offer is still available then, too bad I go to school still.

lol at the price! That has to be some the cheapest property I've seen.
Best of Luck with it hopefully we can get some more pro's into the scene!!! (Only one I can think of is the Devil/Gentleman Terran, Ben 'DeMuslim' Baker... and Apollo )

Due to the pretty intense level of interest so far, I'll update a bit about what i/we are looking for
Each slot in the house has an Associated value assigned to it, which is a combination of various criteria: Personality - being personable, and in general easy going, respectful -has high value
Skill - Arguably the most important aspect towards Value, However if one person had enough of a "problem" in terms of group cohesion, then its very possible that the negative value they put on the other players, isn't worth their skill contribution
Ability to Commit - Players who can commit for longer time frame will add value to their slot in the house, as a result these players will receive higher priority come decision time.
So when contacting me just consider these simple things a bit, chances are if you know your a bit of an arse, its going to harm your chances :D:D

Theres no reason you / denied players couldnt organise a replica sc2 house nearby, with collaborations between the two of you is there?
Just something for you all to consider here, Eleaven is the pioneer, but i doubt he's copyrighted it! :D

Not at all, if people want to take something like this on for themselves, that's fucking fantastic. Making something happen was my original goal, if this spurs more people to do things then that's amazing. Some centralisation in the UK sc2 scene would be great too.

God damn, if I didn't have commitments here, I'd sooooooo be in D:
I could probably bring my stream down aswell, but commitments (already having a job, only being 19) really suck ass.
Give it like 2 or so years, and if it's still going, I'll seriously think of it :3

Oh man, I would definately be interested, but alas I have "girlfriend commitments" Masters level Terran here and looking to join a British team, from Dorset...

Awesome initiative - hope it goes places

Never like to get excited about something before actual results show from it, but yeah.. There's enough interest, and importantly, interest from the right sort of people. I'm quietly confident that good things will come of it for those who are involved.

Really Need to find another Zerg!

Apollo...? What has he done in SC2 =s
rANDY, Lau, BlinG, Gomas, Fargo, Pureball
Do these names ring a bell with you >.<

Might of been better more centrally located in the UK, but who am I to judge.
Good on you for helping out the UK SC2 community!
