I've seen notail play the new meepo a couple times and he always goes for an early earthbind, he also gets orb of venom quite often. Really, not many heroes can handle the double earthbind slow + oov as soon as level 3. Obviously it depends on the hero you're up against, you wouldn't do this against a sniper or some other high range hero, because you're never getting into melee range with them. | ||

It starts to become strong in teamfights, but as a solo laner, you should start having it leveled by the time real fighting breaks out and your priority early should be to maximize your burst damage. As a 4th position support/ganker (and yes, Tusk can be played this way, similar to Nyx), you're a bit tighter on levels. Sigil ranks earlier start to become more important, possibly even maxing it over Snowball because of this. | ||

Its simply too good. Although urn before it seems very popular and mek can certainly be bought first if your team needs it, Aghs rush isn't "situational" so much as it is "THE BUILD" regardless of how hard it is to farm. You can situationally do other stuff if you have to. | ||

Also his ult is much less critical than it is in a competitve environment, you can't really rely on AA ult as additional damage in a gank in pubs, there is a chance they miss it or they don't realize they are supposed to ult there or they just ulted a creep wave on the other side of the map to push or something. | ||

I'll keep Meepo as is, I don't feel people will be aggressive as Meepo so early in the game to justify rearranging his build. This is mainly from my standpoint; where I prefer to just get ahead with farm and splitting my Meepos up. Meepo 2. I'll keep AA as is with the rearranged build: Ancient Apparition (Middle) Ancient Apparition (Lane) Unless there is an inherent flaw, I'll keep it as is with the core being in order an extension being choice(s) I'll be looking at Tusk lane and a mid guide now. I removed Shadow Blade from the older builds but maybe it should return... Tusk | ||
