notes: - replace Arcane Boots for Phase boots?
- Add Bottle to Lane version (replace Arcane Boots for Phase Boots)
- Add Blink Dagger/Force Staff?
- Lane Version maxes Atrophy Aura second?
- Octarine Core -> Luxury?
- Include Sange and Yasha?

I've never actually played a game of dota 1 in my entire life so I'm not sure how this guy even works. Someone like yango of ahswtini prolly does tho.

I've only played the old Pit Lord who didn't have Atrophy and shit.
I almost feel like Atrophy Aura should be maxed second instead of Pit of Malice. Disable is only 2.5 seconds and level 1 Pit is still 7 seconds.
Atrophy Aura with 42% damage reduction by 11 sounds pretty good to me.

it will probally end up being something like the standard tanky/teamfight/pushing items people make for heroes that dont really need anything. So Mek/Guardian Greaves/Crimson Guard/Glimmer Cape/Vlads kind of deal. Like an Undying.

so u get bonus dmg for each enemy creep that dies in lane. which is actually only about +20 dmg per wave. seems kinda underwhelming in lane

I think it's more of the debuff that's the most appealing.

Atrophy sounds more like an anti-carry ability than a laning one. Against high base damage carries like Tiny/Morph. So you would only really need it later on. Pit of malice isnt amazing but it may still end up being maxed second. who knows.

It sounds universally good throughout the game (albeit more impactful late-game), so it's a question of the value of Pit of Malice

It's still a 30 damage differential at level 1 which basically guarantees lasthitting dominance (especially since he already has incredibly high base damage--averaging 65).
The real question is how you want to lane him because with Atrophy Aura instead of Expulsion he gains way less ability to kill people from levels than he used to.

Is the lane guide supposed to be for a core or a support?

see thats one the problems i have with the guide naming convention, in that they are divided into lane or mid, and not core or support

to change it would be a huge undertaking at this point, on top of more guides to make and maintain.

I'll keep the guide how it is now. My fear is that I may be adding to much mana regen when he might not need it; but we'll see after testing.
also, guides are bugged again; lovely.
