Also, I'm being let go along with the project here at Aller Media. So I'll be frantically looking for a new job. In the meantime, I think I can be a bit more perserverant in testing some guides and improving my play.
I'm expecting growth to drop to 2 million by the end of The International with growth rate probably at its lowest of 2.50%. I think we're about to hit a ceiling of new guide users in the coming end of the year.

anyone else think medusa could use earlier point or two in split shot , like lvls 8-9 to split? Havent made the math how much extra lvls in e increases ur survivability but extra points in q speeds up ur jungle vs. camps without mana a lot. (especially stacked ones).
To clarify, Sometimes i go W E W E W R W Q Q E E Q Q R + R + +.
And just realized i skip lvl 2-3 ulti for more split too, is that fine or is ulti scaling good enough to take it whenever u can?

I think that was the earlier build, where it was two in W/E and then max Q with points in R 6/11.
I also liked the Medusa build where you just max stats and E.

Medusa's first 20 minutes is super situational no matter how you look at it. Ideally if you're going W/E you would stop levelling E once you felt you had enough to survive getting jumped on, and switch to Q for faster farming... but it's impossible to communicate that in a guide.
The current W>E>Q is alright as a cookie-cutter, imo. It's probably safer and if you have max snake you flashfarm camps okay anyway.
I do agree the lv2 ult could be left to 14. An extra 10% physical in the earlygame is nothing and you're usually using your ult to gtfo anyway.
I don't like statsdusa for pubs. W is such a strong laning spell, and you're almost never going to be uncontested in a low level pub.

levelling snake is easily cookie cutter, and even if you end up not really laning against someone it's still a decent farming spell.

A friend of mine picked a jungle Enigma yesterday and used your build. At some point, I noticed he had Power Treads and it seemed really weird to me. I don't really see how stats and att. speed helps the hero and it seems to me that, if you're going to rush mek, mana boots into Guardian Greaves is a much better choice. What's your reasoning behind it?
Also, I think I've already posted in this thread to say how awesome your guides are but I'll say it again, thanks a lot man

I'll just keep it as is with the adjustment of his ult.

It should be Tranquil Boots. I think it's an older build that's been overlooked for 3 months. At ESL One, they went Power Treads for Enigma perhaps for the survivability overall.

Just played a game as WR... one main question- Why does WR still start with 3 branches? Building more than 2 seems silly now that 2+circlet build into a wand. Not sure if it's a holdover that's present in other guides or just some WR specific thing.
(Sidenote - now that her ult has been buffed so much should it be moved to 6 as common? Well the buffs and shackle getting ninja nerfs to its angle etc. in the form of bug fixes. WR is probably the most un-noted nerfed via bug fixes hero in dota 2)

Starting with an extra branch to fill slots is fine. The 25 gold lost from selling it later is inconsequential compared to the incremental benefit +1 all stats can give you.
It's really personal preference.

Force Staff should already be under Situational, and Hood shouldn't be core.

I want to remove some items from both camps (extension and situational)
Add Force to Situational Move BKB to Extension

Question about the Slark build - wouldn't it be more optimal buy a RoP at the start then grab a quelling in lane to help with last hitting. You'll want the basi anyway and it will give slark some needed armor at the start when he's weakest. Not speaking from a position of knowledge here, just musing...
