the max starfall is not for being "noob-friendly" it's because starfall is just more guaranteed damage and more efficient farming (even if you land every arrow, you'd rather have more points in starfall if you're able to cast it as followup every time); the reason roaming mirana doesn't get it is because she has mana problems and she doesn't level up fast enough ursa's build never took his ult into account in the first place rofl | ||

I never decided actually kept max Starfall because it assured damage over Arrow. I counted Ursa's build in part to his ult + Vlads to ensure you have high health when killing Roshan. | ||
