why is bkb a core on centaur? esp. in ur earlier post:
Centaur: I made core Tranq -> Blink -> Wand -> Aghs and removed BKB; Pipe is Extension.

I don't think that early of Aghs is justified; so I'm hoping to either put BKB or Pipe as Core and Aghs as Extension. I haven't decided yet, but I would like either Hood, Pipe or BKB as Core and Aghs as extension.

I've updated Alchemist Mid and Lane, however they are really distinguished enough.

Whenever I look at Octarine Orb; I think of its two main functions: Spell Vamp + Cooldown reduction. Is he too squishy for the spell vamp to be worthwhile and 2. does he really take advantage of the CD? (for 1 spell) over Refresher's Orb? You can't give up Refresher for Octarine on OD really, Refresher double Ulti is a big deal for what that hero does lategame.
Your 6-item is usually going to end up being Treads/Travels BKB Sheep Refresh <armor item> (e.g. Shiva) <mobility item> (Blink or Force). You can lose one of the last 2 to make room for Octarine (or BKB against certain teamcomps) but that's at the very best situational, because it's EXTREMELY questionable if Octarine's spell lifesteal gives you better survivability than a mobility item or armor item do.

Alchemist Middle and Lane have been revamped; still a bit iffy about them.

I hate how behind the cloud server when it comes to updates.

Guides all published to the main client.

Stats coming today.
Also initial thoughts:
move Silver Edge to situational items for nearly all heroes

A bit late, but WR should usually not have Agha first item. It's a % increase to your damage, and not efficient until you at least have some stats from level-ups, if not a damage item. There are a lot of potential items you can buy before Agha, but straight Agha is usually not that effective.
Blink/Force/Lothar should not be just "situational". The guide needs to stress in some way that the hero needs at least one (and often more than one) of those items to really properly fulfill her function in a normal game. On average you should actually be buying 1 or more of those items per game--the amount of times you need to buy 2 of them far outnumbers the times you can get away with none of them. The timing will vary but it's virtually invariable that you will get one of the 3 major mobility/positioning items within your first 2-3 items (and usually 1-2).

Wouldn't Guardian Greaves be an ideal extension for Undying, especially since you build him as a Mek carrier and Arcanes? Also, in the Undying thread there was a good deal of talk about Atos being a great pickup - did you replace that with Lotus?

on wr i would go something like phase bottle maelstrom at least before considering aghs, maybe even blink/force before the aghs
and agreed with guardian greaves extension for undying
