I thought that we covered getting one in flamebreak on bat at 8. its definitely good.
Dunno what ur doing with tide but since his E requires maxing to properly ancient clear now, I don't think the 3 in w at 6 build is good anymore. You likely want just e/w/e/w/e/r/e/w/q/q/r/ i thin.
And u un-updated ur WW guide that we covered shouldn't be taking W at level 2 if you aren't also taking it at level 3. Either Q/W/W/E/W or Q/E/W/W/W (or non-W maxing builds could be legit but I'm not convinced. W owns)

I must have copied the wrong patch -notes fuck.
for Tidehunter: I am finding difficulty pinpointing the exact right build as it is highly situational.
2. Batrider will change
3. typo on WW
Opinion on starting items for WW?

ur support starting items are always bad because the correct ones are ususally wards+courier+tango+(sentries/regen/branches/save for crow or boots). So I don't really have recommendations. I think he definitely needs at least 1 clarity though.

gee thanks rofl
I'll just have to test it, I think the healing salve might be a bit much

You have the luxury of having some flexibility if the other support actually helps out, but that's always a crapshoot.

I'd still go EWWEE. The damage reduction on W is more significant for your survivability/lane pressure at level 3, and you don't really want the mana cost on E to grow too aggressively at early levels.
3 W by 6 is ok, but it's super situational depending on how fast you're getting levels relative to the size of your Ancient stack.

In the end, for Tidehunter, I want the optimal build to do jungle camps and Ancients soon after.

You're not going to go jungle before 7, because it doesn't really make much sense to do so before you have the mana from Arcanes. The skill order Sn0 gave, but with level 3 and 4 swapped so you have rank 2 W at 3 rather than rank 2 E is fine.

Not sure you can really extrapolate that game into a trend. Aggro dual lane jug in a lane where bladefury max gives a lot of kill potential.

Sadly not, it's either one or the other; so I have to decide which we're keeping.

Having a guide for an aggressive gank oriented jug vs a more passive farm oriented carry jug doesn't seem bad to me..
But if you had to pick one I'd still stick with the current 1-1-1 stats phase MoM manta guide for now.
P.S. It was really cool to watch the pro-games over the past 2 months as players experimented with wildly different skill and item builds on him and watch it pretty quickly converge to a standard.

I agree, but I stick to the Lane/Middle/Jungle style for simplicity and 2. to limit the amount of guides and builds I have to update.

Yeah jug isn't even in the top 10 candidates for split guides if you decided to start doing that. I'd say keep the stats build for at least another few weeks and see what happens.
I've said this before, but I agree that your supports should always be getting tango+cour+obs in their starting items. 1p4 is like 4 times more common than double supports in pubs, and even then the second support starts building a null half the time anyway.

Few pros are playing him, but thus far, it looks like Agh and Bladefury are back in rotation. Look at the way crit is leveled this game - he delays the 2-4th points until level 17. People are still playing around with what works best right now, technically 2-4 ranks of the crit are less efficient than the UI says (it uses PRD i think, at 25% it's really 24.9%). By this I mean wait like a week, when magnus first came out every pro was going battlefury on him.

Just played Jugg with the current stats build and did abysmal

He's still going to be strong, it wasn't a morph tier nerf but a single loss doesn't really say anything about him, he'll feel weaker going the non-stats build too because of the agility nerf.

I think his build is slightly off as I feel early on relatively weaker, but late-game; despite higher levels, I'm not dealing the damage I need to deal
