Stats are equal damage to crit at early levels plus give other benefits and you do get the 1 value point in crit (the first point being absurd value). max crit is only needed once u have some damage items. I'm not sure if u end up maxing spin now though for the mana cost reduction or not. I think not tbh but not sure. | ||

I think the increase in mana is to prevent exactly that, but it doesn't make it any more good, just more shit. Very curious how he'll be played now, surprised Troll dodged a bullet. | ||
