whats your bitrate you are using and preset setting?

What's your upload? Looks rather good to me.. Whats your frame rate set to?
|
Upload is about umm.. actually I really don't know. Lol. People said with my new p.c. I built 3930k <3 gtx 680 , I had to have at least 3500 upload set, so i just put 4000. 35 fps on the framerate.

Check on speedtest.net. You can try upping the frame rate to like 40, but anything pass that i'm not sure you can handle.

Already looks really nice, what a beat setup lol.
I don't think 35fps is necessary, 30 should be just fine.

for less pixelation you could try using a "Fast" or "Medium" preset depending on what kind of PC you have.

I will try and post results here

You have a 3930K so use it. Set your preset to something less than faster, as Boblhead suggested. You can probably use Slow and 45 FPS and it will look amazing.

One thing nobody has mentioned here is that twitch only downscales your stream if you have partnership. You might want stream at 720p and 1200ish bitrate for now, just so more people can watch it. That's what I stream at and I still get the odd complaint from people that are unable to watch it, I'd imagine streaming 1080p and a much higher bitrate would cramp your fanbases ability to watch quite a bit.

Here's the thing though: there are *countless* low and mid-bitrate streams. How many truly amazing-looking streams are there? Very very few.
He could get somewhere in the best of both worlds by using one of the slowest presets available, quality 10, and also reducing bitrate to about 2000 to accommodate for most people's download speeds. That'll still keep most viewers, and will give the stream something rare that many others don't have: exceptional quality.

My stream looks really good, I know there's a lot of terrible streams out there too.
Don't forget that as hard as his proc works to crush the bitrate that low, other peoples procs have to work almost as hard to decode the video too. This means somebody with a mediocre connection and an old p4 can't watch his stream, and even some better computers/tablets especially will struggle to watch.

Is your 3930k overclocked? Changing preset has minimal difference in quality but massive impact on CPU load, i would reccomend jumping straight to 1920x1080@60fps@veryfast and testing from there.
