If returning it to the store isn't an option, you really should email Razer about it. I highly doubt it's any kind of driver problem, the variance in issues really makes it sound like a hardware level problem.

Just send it back to razer and they'll send you a new one

Although the Lycosa works perfectly if you don't install the Razer software. Makes you wonder about all those "hardware" problems they've had.

If by "a damn" you mean "way too much" then yes I do think that the Razer Widow is worth "a damn"

Don't own a BW myself, but it's got way less negative reviews and way more positive than any other Razer keyboard. Generally you don't see complaints outside the hardcore mech keyboard people.

I actually emailed Razer support about it and they told me that there was an issue where some of the space bars were actually too big causing them to rub against and depress the alt key when they were pressed. I'm waiting on their reply but hopefully they can just send me a new key to swap in rather than shipping the board back to them. Edit: Wanted to add that aside from this problem I love the keyboard.

You have to send them an email through techsupport@razersupport.com , and hope you get an answer quicker than I did. When I was having issues with my old razer marauder it took them 2 weeks to finally give me an RMA number and shipping label.
