Sure, I agree on that, but as you pointed out yourself "more reliant on mouse-heavy, fast micro" =/= "most mechanically demanding", since mechanics also account for mouse precision and not only speed, as well as keyboard use.
Although it is worth noting that players from other races sufferred from wrist issues (Scarlett, Snute, NaNiwa,...), and that with adequate medical care and intelligent training I'm pretty sure that even Terrans could avoid these issues (and in the case of Maru, avoid having terribly handicapping life conditions at a very young age).
edit : to make it clear, I agree on the part about Terran micro being fast and mouse-heavy, because while it seems at first sight that more Terrans have wrist issues than the other races, we don't have any precise figures about that. And all wrist issues are not equal, too.
