4:10 MC's take on how Kespa players switching over with affect him and other top players.
"I'm not worried because I'm a champion."
What a fucking Boss(Toss).
When I saw Best vs. MC in my Liquibets, I nearly came. Sooo glad this is still happening ♥ Best may not be amazing at SC2 at the moment, but I still love SKT ^^

How about this? NOBODY has ANY legitimacy in SC2 until he indicates that he does deserve it. When a guy gets round of 8 twice in gsl, and come second at an MLG, then he has, let's say the legitimacy of Naniwa. So far no kespa player has come close to that.

good thing kespa players have played in every single mlg and gsl to date
wait.......... Pretty bad statement to make man. Something to be said after a few gsls and mlgs when kespa players have played in them

How is him saying that people have to earn legitimacy a bad statement?

and so far no kespa player has received the numerous GSL seeds/handouts that naniwa copped.

Because his idea of earning it is disrespectful towards the Kespa pros. These guys have earned legitimacy through BW already and it counts. Of course a newbie to the scene might not understand that but he should simply remain silent then. Ignorance is not something to brag about.

Just read through this whole thread and it's crazy at the ignorance lol xD
If there was a good reason for Kespa to to keep its players out it could be fear of the GSL maps. The Kespa players who get picked for GSL and even ones who qualify are going to have to quickly learn a bunch of maps that they probably havnt been practicing and they are going to have to learn them quick because it is almost a 100% chance that any code S player who gets a mapchoice will pick a map like Atlantis Spaceship or Whirlwind.

The Kespa players have been learning to play new maps in BW for ages. With a well-oiled pro-team behind you, I can't imagine that a new map is really a big hurdle.

they should just shut the fuck up but they keep mumbling nonsenses.

Please don't be such a bigot. The seeds for Kespa players are an act of good will and sign of respect. Even if it is only for the story line, we should be thankful for this handfull of seeds.

I don't get why everyone is arguing about the subtleties of GOM and KESPA working together and who is better than who. I will flat out tell you, go watch the WCS matches, if you know what to look for you can see that even in the games where the KESPA players lose, the matches are close, because KESPA players know how to RTS. They do the proper things like continually scout, always attempt to do something with their units that has minimal risk for high rewards, macro like no other, actually defend properly, and make educated decisions. Their losses are just on unfamiliarity with game when matched up against someone who has been playing for 2 years. All the other small shit though doesn't stack up to much, and really shouldn't have that much time spent on it.
Also the reason why I came here. Does anyone else think that Blizzard was the reason why these two companies got along? I mean nothing changed other than ESF pulled their players (which I don't really think affected KESPA too much). I think they could have found some more BW pros. I don't really understand why this has worked out so quickly. And if Blizzard is involved I think it is for selfish reasons same as KESPA. They want to force tournaments to switch ASAP when they release the new title, as to force the viewer to buy their 1/3 of a game (game is in 3 parts).

Yeah I think blizzard stepped in. They've done it before with gom. I think they are trying to keep done power.
