Its been 2 years since release, almost 2 1/2 if you count beta. Being a fan of blizzard I have come to accept that I must wait ridiculous amounts of time for games and expansions to come out under one condition: That the game is the best it can be. For a multiplayer-centric game, that includes the UI. I don't understand why they can't implement broodwar-style chat channels and bring back some of that very simple but great functionality (Public custom games where you actually name them, watch replay with a friend or 10, etc). | ||

If you consider the shitstorm that was when they removed the # of loss from the UI, I'd say this is pretty significant. | ||

My biggest problem is with the new creep color on minimap - it is awful, almost invisible. Creep is one of the most important stuff that a player needs to spot on the minimap and its color is supposed to be strong purple, not pale pink. The interface is awful. Too many pictures, too shiny, excessive details. Simpler looks better. Should have the option to stay with the previous style. | ||

There are tons of different graphics cards, full of diverse hardware and driver bugs, different os (win7 32/64 bit, at various patch levels, vista 32/64 bit at various patch levels, mac in different versions), different processors etc. A software company can only test the most common configurations, everything else in unpayable. So stop whining if it does not run on a 4 year old laptop with a vendor tailored 'mobile' graphics card and an outdated graphics driver  . Better help blizz by providing exact bug reports. | ||
