They sure as shit have, at least recently. aLive and Rain built up their resumes on TSL and then went to Fnatic. Oz built up his resume on FXO and then went to Fnatic. Moon and Byul are really the only players that have developed while on Fnatic, the rest were established talent that Fnatic picked up.
They're no better than EG when it comes to that, don't delude yourself. And you really shouldn't blame them. With all these high-quality Koreans teamless or looking for more out of their team, these managers would have to be fools not to pick them up to bolster the roster. Whether or not they provide the correct atmosphere for them to keep improving is another matter altogether, and one many foreigner teams seem to not understand.
