Mouz certainly has more "star" power, which is basically foreign exposure and recognition, but skill wise, half the Korean teams match or beat that protoss line up alone.
That being said, if Mouz goes up against any of those teams, I'll be rooting for Mouz.

And on that note pretty much every Korean team... even Prime's solo Protoss line of Creator. Maybe the best western Protoss line-up, but you can't really say its western with Genius there now.
