Yoshi not the type to do that while Danks is a loose canon. Yoshi may have had a simple easy password and Danks cracked it, maybe by how few digits it had. Nevertheless, Im almost 100% sure its just some kids ruining his reputation.
so you are saying that he is not a map hacker but when i was on IMP he got kicked from that clan because Countwaffles caught him hacking and i am not danks

i change server to play some troll games (im terran on EU) and here we go, maphacker!
looking too many times to my base, without scout he made ghost academy (he looks to my base when i building templar archives and he made ghost academy), at start when i send probe to him main he responded very fast (him apm is 60) and when i fly to him main with mothershit core, he send mine to this place and send 4 marines to this core. when i expand, he attack two times to this place after create. thats all i think.

ZvZ on Alterzim. He spawns in the bottom left, I in the upper left. He sends his overlord in the right direction, then 8pools and sends all his drones with his first lings towards my base without scouting.
...except he's probably not used to Alterzim just yet as it is the only map where his first overlord will not get there in time to know where to send his lings. Not even close.
EDIT : obviously in close spawns his first overlord will still cross path with his opponent's second overlord in most games but I use a special scouting pattern with my 2nd overlord going to the middle of the map. He really had no vision whatsoever of any of my units before sending his lings.

I go Elfi YOLO one base 5 Gate and he blindly gets speed, makes a ton of Lings and 3 spines without ever getting vision of my base, natural (or lack of one), or my Zealot Stalker that I hide until Warpgate is done. At one point it seems like he is even aware of my high-ground Pylon and moves a Drone to make it look like he's going to take a 3rd when he obviously has no intention of doing so.

Yeah I played this guy yesterday too. I had a feeling he might be a map hacker but I didn't look into it until now. He does absolutely no scouting the entire game. His camera is locked in his base for almost the entire game. Very low apm, I would think hes platinum or diamond if I didn't know his rank.

13:08- This is pretty much comfrimation. Sends army to defend his third base and has no vision of my army. Pulls scvs to defend before he even sees my army.
13:50- sends units directly to my proxy pylon. Doesn't look into fog of war to do it. Most likely has camera lock.
15:40- And to top it all off absolutely zero army control. Definitely not masters level.

I am realy sorry but your Frost replay is a joke. It ends after 4-5 minutes and you only see Tertium rally his reaper on a 4 playermap to the closest postion with 4 players on the map. Thats totally stupid to make this a proove of cheating!
Star Station: Same thingh the reaper. Scouting with it not forbidden and like every player on diamond or higher scouts again sometime with his reaper. He saw the roaches poping and build a second bunker then...absolutly no proove here.

I have like 20 replays in which he reallies his production every time to my base, even cross. So yea so much for coincidence. Will upload them if you want. The last sentence is pretty funny coming from someone who has a cheater in his clan.

Given the nature of the thread, you have to provide evidence beyond any reasonably doubt, and the replay you provided didn't.
Also, doing an aggressive opening on a 4 player map and rallying to a random base isn't conclusive at all. It's incredibly strong if you happen to get the right base, and something I do relatively frequently.

I played this guy on ladder yesterday. If he hacks he's a damn bad hacker because he didn't have a bunker and only 2 marines when my speedling poke hit and kiled him. He never actualy left his natural with any units in the, game but it looked like he just played super risky.
