Pretty sure that some sort of maphack in which the camera is frozen in place while looking into the FoW (when looking into FoW that I have units in, that is). Pretty hard to tell IMO, but I have been becoming increasingly certain that he was using such a hack. Never scouts at all (not such a huge indicator i know) but hard counters my blink all-in with 3gate robo.
Best example of the camera freezing up is seen starting a little bit before 4:40, when he starts moving his stalker out to scout. The camera is moved to the area where he puts his waypoints and then click them (rather than just using the minimap). When scrolling his camera to the side, it suddenly freezes up at 4:45~4:47, and then the next way point is clicked outside of the camera's vision. If the vision is switched to Everyone, it can be seen that the camera is frozen right before my hiding probe gets onto the screen (I can kinda see it on my monitor >> but before the center of the probe is seen, anyways).
Other indicators; positioned his army extremely defensively (cowering within his base) despite having no idea what so ever of what I could be doing - no scout.
On his way to my base, his a-move path accurately lands where my pylons are. And of course, during this time, the camera is frozen up on his army, and I'm pretty sure he didn't use the minimap.

That's not the best attitude to have. If someones cheating, then they deserve to be reported and banned, regardless if they're bronze or rainbow league.
Besides, there are other legit 'low level players' who want to play a fair game too.

Could someone please review the game I posted on page 318 (last post) involving "Hulk". The player had only wins on his last page of 1v1 in his match history, and I guess he is soon going to be promoted to Master. Or is the case that I only should post if my opponentent is already in Master league?

Looks through FOW mutliple times. Perfectly preemptively splits army and intercepts drops. No overlord spread. No scouting. Cuts off mid game scouting scv without seeing it (looks at it without vision). Gets the jump on my army after seeing it's direction (without in game vision). Targets marines at watch tower without vision. Obvious map hacks. Please report.

I wanted to roach nydus you this game but if you watch the replay, right about its time to drop the nydus you kill all my lings that were there to give vision to nydus and you had marine in ur base so I coulndt put it there either hence I unload nydus back in my base and you attacked at the same time. I usually also try to send a few lings to detonate mines before I attack so I dont see the problem here^^

He even takes a fourth base at a potential 3rd base position of a player spawn on a four player map. This one replay is enough ^^.

Wow, I... can't really comment on this replay. I hope someone more knowledgeable than me will comment on it shortly. That reaper scout didn't even give any information (the reaper that passes through your offensive pylon, into the nat (which doesn't see the natural being built) and into the main (didn't scout anything relevant either). Wow, that army positioning was convenient for him once your warp prism got there, slowly moves it up the ramp then conveniently inches it a little further to see your warp prism =x

I watched the replay from his perspective, he saw only one pylon in your base with double gas and nothing coming out of the core, he even had a reaper checking for proxies around the map. Its pretty safe to throw down an emergency ebay in this situation I dont blame him for it. I would personally be flipping shit for stargate. If he had a production tab hack and not bothering to hide it he would wait on the ebay until he saw a dark shrine on the production tab since you could still be going blink stalkers at your twilight council. He literally checked the whole map if you go watch the replay, not that I can tell anything at this point.
He throws up a turret in his main before the robo is even started just for reference.
So for the opening I can rationalize it I guess but later it gets pretty weird.
Later he doesnt scan, doesnt know a robo is on the map.

Maybe it was lucky as all hell: but he groups his medivacs with his units directly to the warp prism with dts at 10:02-03 I have no way to explain that whatsoever.
If at all possible I would like to check out some more replays if anybody has them I can't quite confirm this without seeing a smoking gun or a few more instances like this, this is like a Spade Moment right here.

Focusing efforts on the high profile ones is a much better use of time. You must eliminate the coincidences, pore through sections of replays for hard evidence (like illegal building placement, blinking without looking) ... it's quite time consuming. Secondly, what are we doing but preventing abusers from using that to enter tournaments and soar to the tops of the ladder? Blizzard already has a report button and a forum, and the regular user has that option for reporting somebody they saw hacking.

I dont have any more replays because i only played once on the ladder (Thank god, there is nothing i find more annoying than losing to hackers), if someone else has played him please upload them!

I don't think this is enough by itself to call him a cheater. It was obvious you were proxying something with one pylon in your main and a chrono on your nexus. He even checked the nat first to see if maybe you hid a second pylon there to take your nexus. The only other suspicious part was the warp prism. Honestly, things like that happen sometimes and it might very well have been an accident that he chose to load up his medivacs in that exact spot and happened to see your warp prism. I can understand your frustration from that game, because it did seem like he countered everything you did perfectly. However that can happen sometimes when you open with a cheese build and proceed to do the obvious follow-up to a failed dt rush with a warp prism drop.
On another note, I can vouch for clarity and its members, having practiced with several of them in the past. They shouldn't be associated with cheating of any sort, and frankly neither should ElhayM with just this replay against him.

I was just playing some unranked offracing and this guy starts babbling on about how terran is imbalanced. We were on the map Whirlwind and he immediately came to my base without scout (he waited for my overlords to move out of position before entering my base) and tried to proxy 2 gate, but once my overlord popped and he saw it he insta-RQ. Luckily I even went 13 pool just in case of cheese.
After the game, he started sending racist remarks that consisted of this:
"[GetEZd] GetEZd: nigger terran Money says youre a spic, Cut my grass, faggot"

You do realize most hackers over-scout in an attempt to deny the fact they knew about what was going on beforehand, right ?
The pre-emptive engibay and 2 scv scouting ALL map at 4 minutes and the reaper "pretending" not to see my probe then going back to kill it, would maybe not hold water on its own. But add the 10 minute warp prism snipe to that and its pretty obvious.
Of course it was obvious i was proxying, thing is he reacted to stuff before it happened and then pretended to cover his tracks by overscouting, which is something most intelligent hackers do (stupid ones just are waaaaaaay more blatant)
As i said before, i would really like if someone who has played him could upload replays.
I can vouch for Clarity as well, most of them are great people, some of them are even understanding of my unjustified ladder bm (lol), which is why it sickens me that this douchebag is ruining the Team's reputation by hacking.

You forgot the part where he used photon overcharge before seeing the units you had coming to his expo at 10:30. Clearly a hacker.
