Here's what I say:
-Play on the same server, maybe at the next live event you are both at. -$1k per game, best of 9, of the player's own money. -Both players should be able to stream their PoVs so they can make some of it back through streaming. -Get one central casting stream with ads split evenly to the players so it makes up for the fact it's the player's own money.
Sounds like a plan. There is still commentator needed. And probably it should happen e.g. 1 day before/after the common event, to avoid exaution at the tournament.

Maybe he isn't afraid of the challenge? and most "easier toss foreigners" wouldn't probably accept the bet, knowing nAni's character it was pretty obvious he would when it went public

Winner takes all (1/2/5/10 k$). Otherwise in case of 5:4 result, one player would 1k to the other.
The prize money should come from multiple sources - some main sponsor, each player 1k, fans...

Why should anyone but the player pay for their own betgames? Imho play the games, no stream, no coverage just glory and cash !

Being busy with "tournalents" [sic] isn't dodging, considering you can use the internet to see that he was at those tournaments, dude. But considering Naniwa not only accepted Stephano's invitation, but actually upped the bet, the only thing we're waiting for is Stephano to agree and pick a time.
Could it be that Stephano has tournaments as well ? ._.

Stephano's the one that initially dropped the accusation of Naniwa dodging, so that would be supremely ironic.

I think it would actually be better to transfer $1k for every single game from the looser to the winner. This will make every game matters (5-0 scenario less probable, which is the worst scenario for spectators). It'll be also safer for the loosing player, as most probably he'll lose less than <$5k (which is quite much, really), and it still sounds good for the hype ($1k for each game sounds pretty cool!!!!!).
Aside from arbitrary comments on who is dodging who (don't trust so much trolling tweets pl0x ), I'm amazed by the number of people who are so sure of the victory of their favorite player, be it Stephano or Naniwa. There is no clear evidence on who will win, those two are among the best foreigners, only being rivaled by players such as Thorzain, HuK or maybe Sen and Dimaga, ZvP/PvZ is if not their strongest matchup, one they are skilled at, so you can expect very close games. If Stephano got defeated by MC, games were very close, during his streak he schooled players like HuK, Mana, Bling, Grubby, Feast, White-Ra who are perhaps not Code S level or even Naniwa level but who should be able to take a game or a bo3 here and there from him. On the other side, Naniwa defeated some of the world top zergs - maybe not at top of their form or in their best match-up, but they lost anyway - lost to some others, but overall showed solidity in the matchup and extremly strong 2 bases pushes as well as amazing micro.
I am a fan of Stephano and I am amazed by his play, especially in ZvP, but I have to recognize that if a foreigner has his chances against him in a bo7+, it's Naniwa (well maybe Sen or Dimaga as well, but you know, ZvZ...). So it would be an amazing showmatch, quite even on paper with probably very tense games

Where is your precious French Zerg?
Spitting trash on twitter, then gets called on it and hides? Doesnt bode well for the french stereotypes.
I think Stephano is in his borther's house at Austin, and today it's his birthday. So maybe he's got some real life and is not on twitter every 5 minutes ? TT
Btw you doesn't bode well for the american stereotypes. (general stupidity, speak before thinking, etc. )
