Terrans need to just do marinetank in every matchup. Make it so boring and awful that blizzard has to give us back SOMETHING.

I don't recall a single real terran buff since the battlecruiser speed increase. Even back then, people said it was pointless due to feedback.

Make feedback unable to affect massive and I'll stop complaining. Easy. Protoss can deal with our T3 units without having an automatic, instant, cast-on-target "cut his big stuff's hp in half" button

Unfortunately, making feedback unusable against massive would probably make mech super-crazy-allkindsof-insane against Protoss at the top level. Without feedback, hellion-banshee-Thor moveouts are ridiculously powerful. They would require absolutely pitch-perfect gateway-immortal compositions AND some kind of upgrade advantage to deal with, and Protoss don't have the same kind of counter-attack options that we Zergs do.

I know you barely see battlecruisers at all, but yamato cannon could be a pain without feedback. It one-shots void rays and quickly destroys a mothership, you would have to stick to pure stalkers against them.

This is the rationale that led to the snipe nerf:

Before the patch, Zergs said:Terran can deal with our T3 units without having an automatic, instant, cast-on-target "kill his big stuff instantly" button


The point of casters is to facilitate damage. That Snipe was so badly nerfed is ridiculous, but to nerf Fungal or Feedback would be just stupid as well. What made Snipe better than its Zerg and Toss counterparts was that Storm, Fungal, and Feedback are affected by a cooldown mechanic. Not an actual cooldown, but a mechanic with the spell that manufactures a cooldown that prevents more than a certain amount of damage being done to a single target too fast. You can't stack fungals or storms, and you have to wait for them to wear off to refresh them (that is how it should be). If Snipes are going to be cast without the effects manufacturing a spell-to-target cooldown, then the spell needs to be less powerful, because of the way it functioned prior. Blizz needs to scale back this nerf, not catch up by equally nerfing other races.

Maybe putting the damage up to 30 or 35 and then giving it +5 damage to shields in addition. I think that would keep TvP good.

Or just make it 45 damage vs bio, down to 30/35 damage vs massive. That makes the most sense to me.

And how the hell do you manage to get BC's with Yamato and the Toss has no HT's ? .... There is no reason for a Protoss to not build HT's , it's has good uses against every Terran unit .

Giving massive units immunity to feedback is no good, Thors with strike cannons available literally counter every non-Carrier unit Protoss has. There's a reason Thors went back to requiring energy.

Only unit it would counter would be immortal and I don't know how it would ever catch colossus with strike cannons. On other units it is just better to use normal attack especially if terran has +1 attack, which has nothing to do with strike cannons at all.

no i just want to win before 10 min , otherwise its a 200/200 battle at 20 / 25 min , i love to see my opponent insult me , more than a GG "left game" , the game is much more fun and personal . I also miss 4-gate , many wins came from just defending it. Im gold league obviously.

I think the game will never be perfect , nobody will ever say the game is perfectly balanced , theres always different opinions...
But the best thing that could happen to SC2 is the release of HOTS.

Currently if you can't win early-mid game and complaining about that, you need to take a good look at yourself and figure why YOUR builds and plays aren't working. At that stage of the game everything is fairly balanced.

It's lategame Terran which is the problem. Don't be so quick to welcome hots either, only means more sudden patches to nerf/buff units and being an expansion it will most likely change the game dramatically.

EDIT: Mass recall?..... Over my dead body!
Terran, nerfed since '10. One ability at a time!

After seeing the match between Nestea and Demuslim I have to agree: there is no way for terrans to deal with broodlords ...
