My only question is how long you will stay in Korea? While I have no other questions, I have a recommendation. I am personally convinced that "Mark Lauren - You are your own gym" (http://www.marklauren.com/) is an excellent and the best book on working out! Check it out, including his apps! I really hope you can make improvements with it. And if you can recommend your gym, PM me. I am still on the outlook for a good one here in Seoul! My 2nd recommendation, if you ever do coaching again, save yourself some time and use www.tungle.me to schedule your coaching sessions! All the best! | ||

There is a great subforum here on TL for Health and Fitness: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/index.php?show_part=63 It is a great place to learn about weightlifting and weight loss. You might find it a bit harsh but it really is effective lol. Keep up the good in Korea. | ||

To all the naysayers of Desrow's trip, just watching his stream, I think that he's gotten much faster. (Seems to be moving faster as well as refining all of his builds (including cheeses)). It's good to see a player move in with other players since its obvious that training becomes easier with other people around. It's kind of like having a gym partner makes it much easier to go to the gym. | ||
