My only question is how long you will stay in Korea? While I have no other questions, I have a recommendation.
I am personally convinced that "Mark Lauren - You are your own gym" (http://www.marklauren.com/) is an excellent and the best book on working out! Check it out, including his apps! I really hope you can make improvements with it. And if you can recommend your gym, PM me. I am still on the outlook for a good one here in Seoul!
My 2nd recommendation, if you ever do coaching again, save yourself some time and use www.tungle.me to schedule your coaching sessions!

I actually really like the vlogs. Not sure whether they were inspired by Tyler's vlog or something, but I hope that more players do this.
To all the naysayers of Desrow's trip, just watching his stream, I think that he's gotten much faster. (Seems to be moving faster as well as refining all of his builds (including cheeses)). It's good to see a player move in with other players since its obvious that training becomes easier with other people around. It's kind of like having a gym partner makes it much easier to go to the gym.

Hey des, just want to say keep it up and don't let the haters get to you. I understand how you can't talk on stream in the gomhouse and I think the vlogs are an awesome compromise. Personally I can't tell one players playstyle from another, so i tend to root for and follow the players who actively reach out to fans and have a presence beyond just streaming games without a word.

Most house tours have been done with permission though I think and the original one was done when no one was living there.

Your stream was one of the first ones i tuned into when i started playing sc around a year ago. I started watching it regularly very soon becouse of the quality content with commentary. It helped me alot to improve as player, getting good build orders from you etc and i made it from bronze to diamond in one season. Still watching your stream as mid/high master after almost a year and you still help me improve alot! Without your stream it would have taken me so much longer to learn the tricks and buildorders of protoss! Thanks alot and keep up the good work

Diet here has been hard because it's so hard to buy food I know how to cook OR because we have no oven but I've been getting better n better. Fortunately for me I've been doing tons of walking + a bit of gym ^^ and yea ive stopped drinking powerade a while back I think I only had it 3times then google'd it and realize I was a moron ^^

I've been following you for a while now, watching your stream when I can and keeping up to date on your vlogs etc. Originally I was watching because I am a Protoss player myself and I wanted to get better but it's become more than just that. I really enjoy your dedication to StarCraft and eSports and I hope that you keep getting better and better. Your gym attendance and overall goal to eat healthier and lose weight has really motivated me to do the same.

Omg all the food is in boxes , expired eggs , frozen food of all kinds , even bread is not daily....how can a man ask for an healthy life eating those things.... when I travel around the world most of the time I realize how lucky we are in Italy (for what concerning food)

I try to stream inbetween 8-10am till 5pm EST
