It's been said that he spends the largest chunk of his time on school work. For him to make Code S every season while other full time pro gamers have struggled is amazing. Nada is scary.

What someone has achieved in a lifetime is absolutely no indication of how they play CURRENTLY. Nada has been a fantastic player over the years, nobody would ever dare to deny that. But when was last time he won a Starleague? 2006. When was the last time Flash won a Starleague? Oh right. 2011. Flash is still at the top of his form (and not to mention 8 years younger), while Nada is past his prime, and not even playing full time. There's no comparison.

Seriously, it is going to transform the landscape totally and double or triple the elite pool of the very, very best of players in Korea. Competition: +150% harder Metagame: Evolution overdrive!! Multitasking: Warp five, sir.

Tasteosis have just as much passion as some of those korean commentators. They've got like 6 quote videos which is longer combined than any korean quote/loud noise videos ^ Understanding can be important. For example I follow the figure skating scene, sometimes events that are hosted in other countries have no english stream or tv airing etc. I can still watch and enjoy these events in other languages because I already know how Figure skating works. I can hear the excitement in casters voice when someone prepares for something and combine that audible emotion with the fact that I know what a jump setup looks like and the difference between a solid jump and flubbed one ( there's actually a lot of little technicalities in this beyond did you or did you not fall on your ass later). If someone doubles a planned triple toeloop I can groan right along with the commentators and while I can't understand them explaining the significance of it to the audience I don't need to because I already know what point deduction that will cost the skater in question and how it may force them to adjust their routine ( omg I almost wrote build lol) on the fly to fit a triple back in so they meet certain requirements. I personally love the korean BW commentators even though I don't understand most of what they are saying. I have a general gist of what's going on in a game and their excitement and the things the observer chooses to focus on is enough to make the games great for me. Other people however may find it hard to properly enjoy something they don't yet fully comprehend. People newish to BW may struggle to understand why the casters are excited over the appearance of a single unit because they don't realize that it's far too early in a normal game for that unit to be out yet and player X is plotting something cheesy or sneaky. Those just coming to love the game may struggle to fit into the community as they try to embrace something new only to find games leaving them unsatisfied because they feel like they are missing out on important things. While I don't think English commentary is likely for a variety of reasons, most if not all of which are justifiable, I can understand why some people would want it.

I can honestly see A-class players like Sea who have no chance of winning Proleague/OSL switch over first, because the upside is too high. May take longer for true S Class players to switch, since they still command 200K+ salaries. They'll probably wait until they finish their contracts to switch.

SC2 is too popular internationally, it would be very stupid not to do English broadcast.

He does get outplayed from time to time, so are there just players of almost equal skill that might have a good day or does he have weak spots? for most of last season his wrist. don't take me too seriously though,I'm a KT fan so I will be flash Biased, speaking of which if this is true we need to educate everyone of the BW teams. I hope susie comes and slaps your Sea comment.also stats who is terrible in starleagues makes a 100k just because of his epic play in proleague, so this is why A-class players are so highly placed because of their PL play

But keep in mind that that's largely a function of who is playing and for how long. Yes, you pointed out a few areas of game mechanics where BW is clearly stronger, but who's to say that the top proleaguers won't show us innovative play that isn't possible in BW when/if they switch? Also, SC2 still has 2 expansions to go. We've definitely not seen the best of what SC2 has to offer.

If Flash/Jaedong/Bisu/Stork switch over, they will crush the SC2 scene.
