Just check out any PvT BoX you can find from the past 6 weeks... The most recent is Mc-Puma, the IEM finals from Cologne, you can find replays on esl.tv

2:Did you read the OP?
3: Making a robo immediately is what people do and its not some genius thing you've just invented.

The standard 2rax is easily scoutable : the reactor comes just after the marine, and the second rax is BEFORE the second depot. If you see 2 depots, the only 2rax he can do is a shitty one...

It doesn't have to be a great one to kill a 1gate expo into robo.

Yea, remove an entire innovative mechanic and break all build orders for all matchups. All this only to nerf 1 Terran allin that Protoss don't have a solution against YET -_-.

I have done some testing ingame, and I don't think there's any good. The best is the standard now and that is the 5 gateway with immortal and 1 gate + fe, 15 nexus is good also if u can get away with it.

imo, the easiest way to fix that is to reduce pdd from 3mins to 30 sec. Let's be honest there is no reasons for it to last that long.
That would not nerf any other terran's strategy. The all in would still be really hard to deal with, that's cool, all ins are supposed to be hard to deal with, but by baiting the pdd you'd be able to do much more damage on the next encounter.
