So you'd need a lot more fungals to kill marauders with infestors than you needed for marines, which was by far less costefficient (and the 10extra damage only helped you a little). Also you'd lose more infestors on average to marauder upon engaging, than against marines, due to the bigger range, bigger damage and slow of marauders. It was still a counter, but not a very hard one on its own. (though lings+infestors was pretty good against marauders, so marauders weren't the best choice to begin with against zerg) | ||

However, Terran playing Tier1 Units vs Zergs Tier3 I think says everything about how good the Tier3-units Terran can produce is... I dont think all pros stays on Marine/Maraudes/Medivacs/Mines/Bats because they find int extremly fun. It MIGHT have something to do with that if you make 10 Starports and start to Produce 10 BCs, it will be a bit hard to stay alive during the 50 minutes it takes to produce the BCs  | ||

I like idra, but he didnt play well, the last few engagements were so horrible for him, attacking into a mine field when he knew they were there and the concave was way better for the terran, also terran t3 is shit and hard to get to a big t3 army and last of all that terran he played i think he was called korma or something, the few games i saw he lost to him 4 times and beat him once so he clearly has idras number | ||

So, what you are saying is that you want a thor boost? Considering how bad that tier 3 unit is against zerg tier 1. Maybe give it splash attack? | ||
