GSL Open S2, Nestea 2:0 MC 2010 YGosu Invite, MC 1:0 Nestea Gisado All Stars KOTH, MC 2:0 Nestea
Keep in mind those are all in 2010, with Gisado being 12/31

Invite some damn Protoss and Zerg already >_> GSL is already TvT, don't need MLG to be the same
EDIT:
People like Puzzle, Sage, Cocoa, Curious, Violet, Tassadar, Genius, MC, Losira, NesTea

They'd be crazy not to invite MMA.
Hopefully the others are from Nestea, DRG and Losira, so someone can show foreign Zergs how its done.

Invite MC INVITE MC DO IT DOO ITTT

sweet! excited to see who the next 2 are.

They always reinvite the previous winner.
Oh okay, thanks.

Everybody wants to see NesTea. Hardly anybody wants this flood of korean Terrans to continue. Please talk to GSL to change the dates of GSL matches so we can see the God Zerg win MLG Raleigh with 16:0 Stats
|
One important thing about Raleigh, it's going to happen the during the weekend *after* Code S Ro16 and Code A Ro8, but before Up & Downs. This means the people that can take the invites either: 1) didn't make it into Code A/knocked out in the first week or 2) took 3rd in their Ro32 Code S group.
Raleigh just lands at a weird point. So unless NesTea takes 3rd in his Code S Ro32 group, don't expect to see him, haha. But I imagine if they've already extended invites to 2 Code S players, they'll probably try for 2 players without Code S.

Interesting, will the tradition of newcomer always winning their first MLG or IMMVP will break that tradition of MLG?
|
Enough Terrans please, TvTvTvT made Anaheim really boring with the exception of a couple of matches. 1 Zerg and 1 Protoss would be ideal.
For Zerg, Preferred Nestea but if he can't make it I'd like to see Coca/Line/Curious
For Protoss: while I would love MC to be there I hope other protosses get a chance to compete, so Tassadar/Puzzle/Sage would be ideal.
MC can boss his way through the open bracket though :D

While i agree with the need for some race distribution with the invites; how the hell can you say no to Bomber!?!?! If anyone is going to stop Mvp from winning this again it may be him :p
I see timing with GSL being an issue with a lot of big name invites; maybe even Mvp's ability to show up - you would think GSL would be a priority for them

They probably need to send a zerg and a protoss as well so I hope SlayerS sends BoxeR and MMA again on their own as they are becoming the heart of MLG.

MLG: The other, (easier?) GSL Code S qualifier.

lol, sort've true. If you're Korean and you got the talent, it's easier to qualify via MLG.

I really hope they invite MMA again, i know that would make 3 terrans but 1st and 2nd at his two events? insane. But they probably wont invite him but that means slayers may send him which means a 5th korean in pool play not counting the ones who may come from open bracket
|
MLG has to invite people based on availability. that's why not everyone will be announced at once, because technically it's not known whether they will be there. for example, how can you invite Nestea to Anaheim if he keeps getting really deep in GSL to the point where he'd have to be playing two events on opposite sides of the world simultaneously?
so just keep that in mind when you ask for invites. they probably want to invite the best players that they can. i really hope they can get more toss and zerg to the event next time in general though
|
I do kind of agree with everyone else with diversity being a good thing to invite zergs and protosses for the other spots. Even though with bomber and mvp you might end up with a tvt finals anyways
