MMA, Boxer, and GanZi should be expected to return (unless confliction with GSL occur, such as MMA staying in). So Boxer and GanZi should be expected to return!

NaDa would be great to see, and who knows, maybe they will send Yellow =).

Koreans would never go without the invites, because they would need to buy all the logistics and the flights.

Ganzi, Alicia, Rain, Choya, plus a few guys from FXO came to Anaheim without invites.

rain was already in NA

Choya got paid by FXO (he finished highest out of the fxo guys right ?)

Ganzi and Alicia are from the richest team in korea

If oGs can afford to send MC on his merry trips around the world, I don't see why IM can't afford to send MVP. Not to mention Socke, WhiteRa, Sjow, Demuslim, Fenix, Naniwa all flew to MLG as well. I doubt it's a money issue.

Same here, we need NesTea or Sage/Puzzle/MC to break it please.

I would really like to see Nestea in a non-Korean tournament. Please MLG realize that not all of us are terran fans!

This, I would much rather see MC or Nestea, or Losira than one of the many Korean T players >.>... or More July :D :D I guess maybe i'm just feeling the overdose of hellions I received this weekend, and while I am truly grateful that it wasn't rine/tank/viking, hellion/tank/viking may start to get stale just as fast.

Well, FXOBoss stated that the Korean scene was poor and it has been consistently mentioned throughout SOTG by Artosis and others in Korea that there's a big difference in sponsorships between Korean teams and Western teams so it's unfair to compare the two scenes in terms of money.

Also, OGS is one of the more successful and well known teams which probably means more sponsorships and $$$.

Of course, this is what I hear so take it as what it is, a secondary source and take a grain of salt on my words.

I hope to see some non-Terran invites, but I hope that Boxer/MMA/Ganzi will decide to return on their own.

Is anyone else tired of having Koreans "stealing our money"? Or is it just me?

If by stealing u mean "earning money by smashing everyone", then..I'm ok with it.

It's MLG's money, they can give it to whoever they want.

Its a pity that there isn't really that many top Korean Zergs/Protoss to go around. I can see a endless stream of good Terrans they could send over, but not Zerg or Protoss.

Also MVP + Bomber is nice.

yeah but it means other people need to step it up, its not the koreans fault they practise more in a better environment. i dont know if you want to exclude them but it would only result in foreigners working less hard.

Well.. looks like we know whos going to be in the finals. They really should invite players that aren't already in Code S. MKP, DRG, or Puzzle should come.

Can't really complain about MLG inviting 3 Terrans and 1 Zerg for last event, as the two other Zergs worthwhile inviting were in the GSL Finals.. as for protoss; MC had already said he'd stay in Korea for a while to catch up on his training after traveling to DHS & HS3 (and there isn't too many Korean protoss players worth inviting in all honesty.. maybe Sage or Puzzle, but they've just broken out on the scene).. Terrans are just in general better in Korea (MVP, MMA, GanZi, Bomber, BoxeR, Polt, NaDa, Byun, sC.. the list goes on)

I'm pretty sure Mvp could see a point.

It's just you. If I'd want to watch mediocre games between foreigners I'd watch CraftCup or something.

Look some people can argue that if the Koreans win everything then less and less "foreign" players will be able to make a living at the game and thus the gap will widen (bit weak I know, but more of a long-run thing)

On the other hand, by inviting the Koreans over we can only push "our" standard higher

The Koreans are not magically genetically better, they have more players with, on a whole, a stronger training regimen.

The sooner we compete with the Koreans rather than shelter ourselves from them the better in my opinion.

This competition is for a Code S slot in the GSL after this coming one. Those dudes could easily be in Code S by then (And the invited people might be out too!).

Yeah, we need to invite some Korean zergs and protosses so someone can knock the terrans out.
