Also, the win percentages leaked for the top 10% of Masters in Europe revealed that Protoss actually has the worst win percentage out of the three races.


Furthermore of all the matchups PvT was by far the least balanced according to those stats with T winning 59% iirc.

This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. The dependence on colossi even RIGHT NOW is too much. With the amulet gone, HT tech will be halved in potency, causing colossi to be THE ONLY tech path that is worth getting as protoss. If this patch makes it through I will probably switch to zerg. I will not tolerate getting colossi virtually every game because storm is now next to worthless.

If you are a terran player, and are getting owned by psi storm, you need to either A - Not go tier 1 units against tier 3 protoss, B - Get more ghosts, or C - Not play terran. Storm is good, but it isnt like it is insanely good, it has already been nerfed, and if this next nerf goes through I am virtually done with protoss.

I cannot believe that of all the things to do balance wise with protoss, NERFING STORM is what they came up with. Yeah all the pro gamers talking about how retardedly dependent protoss is on colossi and how good colossi are are all just up in the night and stupid. Lets nerf storm!!! HUR DUR!!!

The problem with EMP is that they do not kill Protoss army. But you can't say Protoss can run away and recharge shields and mana before engaging Terran army. Marauders will catch any army running away. EMPs not only take away mana but shields as well but to be honest I don't know why 'Psionic' powers are rendered by EMP. Sheilds sure.. but taking away mana? pfft

At least reduce amulet from 75 to maybe 65 or 70. If they want to remove amulet completely then buff storm

I don't believe it happened in a GSL game (although I could be wrong). However, I do remember a Protoss using them with Motherships (it was probably Kiwikaki) to snipe Zerg expos and then retreat or be mass recalled to safety.
I first realized Immortals were reincarnated Dragoons when I saw them dancing helplessly behind my Stalkers.

Making it a missile is a nerf.

Adding +20 health to infestors is a buff.

I think even protoss understand how overpowered the Amulet is. You can basically cast storm anywhere within seconds. A huge nerf, but at least they received buffs with observer/pheonix and now longer stim research time.

Making it a missile is neutral because it allows you to time your fungals, so they can cast and then run away before getting in range of units. Halving the time depends on the matchup and situation. Against bio, it's a buff. Against air, it's a nerf. I guess it's sort of what they were trying to do with fungal not affecting air units.

Infestors shouldn't count as armored. They die so quickly.

I completely agree. While it may or may not be a bug or intentional (wasn't mutalisk stacking in BW unintentional but they kept it in as a "feature" in SC2 due to its popularity?) it was a nice thing a player can use.

Help post on the battle.net PTR forums to un-remove the patrol stacking (Viking Flower for example).

Honestly it was one of those neat things you can do in the game and it's not necessarily overpowered or anything.

It removes something fun from the game. It removes variety from the game.

While it may be a bug, it was still nice and should be kept in the game.

I'm fine with Bunkers having salvage (maybe a nerf on cost return) because it's one of those things that adds variety to the game. Disagree with HT energy upgrade removal (again it removes an option from the game.

Also Blizzard removed being able to have 16 players in a custom map (yes it's not "supported" but it worked. You weren't able to have a neutral player but still you could come up with something interesting).

Why is with Blizzard removing options from the game?
