The OP says that uncertainty affects the size of the adjustments to MMR, but does not mention any effect on points. | ||

Uncertainty only affects your range of opponents and by extension how much your MMR can change after each game (the more uncertain, the greater the potential change). | ||

Still no information about what the actual cause of the problem is, or how widespread it is. | ||
