Before proceeding we will need to verify the identity of the registered user before granting the exception of an update to the account in question. Please provide the following information:

3) StarCraft II Authentication Key for the StarCraft II account currently merged wth the Battle.net account in question.
4) The Secret Question Answer to the Battle.net account.

- Attachment must be under 5MB
- Attachments must be in JPG, GIF, BMP, TIF, or PNG format
- Make sure that all attachments meet the recommended requirements. Security concerns may cause files with other formats or files that are too large to be filtered or deleted without response.

Does anyone else find this a little ludicrous? I'm trying to change the name on my Battle.net account not my bank account. What is the point of making a simple name change on a video game account so tedious?
