Don't stop telling stories about sluts, that is my favourite part of your show. That half hour on the blow job slut was so fucking hilarious. I loved it. More stories like that please. The haters are probably just little nerdy virgins who are jealous that you guys get ass and they don't. One thing I really didn't like and almost had me stop listening to you guys is when you described how big of cry babies you are on the ladder and how you bm people if they dont play the game the way you think the game should be played. 4gate is a part of the game, except that.

From a sponsors point of view it makes sense to sponsor popular players.Tyler is my favourite bw player and next time I buy gum I will look for Stride gum because they sponsored him. If they had sponsored Naniwa I wouldn't bother, because I had never heard of the guy before the latest MLG. Don't stop telling stories about sluts, that is my favourite part of your show. Lol j/k I agree with the ladder crying being unnecessary, use your team to practice builds that are annoying until you can crush them and end the game with a manner " ![]()

Look at basketball, people like lebron james and dwayne wade will get more sponserships while Rhodes wins MVP, it has every thing to do with popularity. Except Dwyane Wade has won a championship and Lebron James was the most hyped player of all time when he was coming out of highschool due to his raw physical talent and not only did he live up to his expectations he surpassed them, oh and he's also won two back-to-back MVP awards. i.e. they've produced results in their sport and have earned their sponsorships. I have no idea who Rhodes is and spent a good twenty minutes trying to figure out who you were talking about. Best I got was Rodrick Rhodes, some guy who played four seasons in the late 90's for three different teams, Charles Rhodes who was waived after being drafted, and some shit from WWE... lol. edit: I'm not dumb. I understand WHY they got sponsorships; their popularity. The point I guess I was trying to make was why are they popular when they haven't really done anything. To use your analogy, Starcraft isn't like the NBA where only one player/team can win a championship. There are plenty of tournaments and events (so much that it's impossible to keep up with) for players to win and neither of them have done so despite having so many opportunities. I guess I just care more about how good they are as opposed to whether or not their stream is entertaining or that they act like gentlemen on a forum. I'm in the minority, I know that.

Derrick Rose has taken a 41 win team and put them on his back and made them a 61 win team. He is also hugely popular here in Chicago since he went to high school here. He's also everywhere on TV now doing commercials for Adidas. If you go downtown there are billboards of him along the highway and huge posters of him plastered on buildings. It's also not fair to say that Wade and James have more sponsorships than Rose and use that as an argument when Rose has only been in the league for three years when those two have been in the league for eight.

i heard somewhere that kiwikaki has an individual sponsorship and he actually does deserve it. hasn't he been to the mlg finals 2-3 times by now? He's consistently at the top of the NA scene and that's the type of player that deserves a sponsorship. Someone who is consistently getting results, not someone who used to get results and now is just a name. i still respect the hell out of nony, winning tsl2 will always get him tons of respect and he deserves it. if this was still bw i could understand him getting an individual sponsorship seeing that at the end of the brood war days, he was one of the top performing foreigners. and I really do like tyler a lot. He's one of my favorite hosts on state of the game, i love his arbiter video, I enjoy his stream (when it's up). He's absolutely one of my favorite personalities in the sc2 community. He's also somewhat like marty and myself where he doesn't sugar coat his criticism of other players. And to be honest, next time I get gum, I will get stride, not because of him necessarily, but because they're supporting SC2 in north america. Hopefully that clears up my thoughts on the entire issue.

Endorsements are often done due to popularity. After all, popular people makes better marketing PR reps. TLO said that during MLG a lot of people lined up for his autograph in the Sony booth, but beside him sat a Halo player with no line ups. Maybe he was the best Halo player, but he doesn't seem to be popular. In the end of the day, what's better for the sponsors is to get popular players. People come to the booths to see popular players. And that's better value for their sponsorship $. PS: Whose team is "Kel'Morian Bunker Pushers" in Fantasy NASL? I missed being able to see the team owners like the way it was before. My Fake Football Team is at #3 by the end of first week. Still a long way to go.

Why do you think Blake Griffin was doing Subway commercials his rookie year when he got hurt in the pre-season and missed the whole year?
