I don't think I've ever said "u" instead of "you". It's one of my biggest pet peeves, along with there/they're and all that other grammar nazi shit.

It should be up on iTunes in the next few days!!!! www.martyandborg.com Saved from being bored from another night of insomnia, thanks <3 And hope I did not offend. I know there must be a lot of Borgs around, but would have been very amusing...

Now I know TL Admins don't like old threads being revived but I feel like this is worth it. I had a project I worked on for a while and was hoping to get it ready for Marty for his birthday this summer and fell behind on it. So I was then planning on having it ready for his wedding in the fall. With the passing of iNcontroL I felt like I needed to work harder on it and give back to this amazing community that has been so kind to us. I present to you, The Best of Starcraft Late Night. A 4 and a half hour (it wouldn't be a SLN show if it wasn't long as hell) compilation of the best moments from our show. That link is for a youtube video, there isn't a video for it, just our logo in the background. Here is the soundcloud link

The main reason why we stopped doing the show was we lost interest in Starcraft. During the time the show existed Starcraft was probably the most important thing in both of our lives, at least for me it was. But playing it became frustrating and unfun over time and as a result I started watching it less. Borg and I "came from" Warcraft 3 and not Brood War so we were both less inclined to stay with it. We both played a bit when HotS came out but not very long, and I bought LotV but I don't think Borg did. Every now and then I will get nostalgic about it, play a game, and am reminded as to why I stopped playing in the first place lol. We're still best friends and still play games together. I'm getting married in the fall and Borg is my best man. For games, we played League of Legends for a little while (which is ironic because I remember one of the last episodes we did I was giving Borg a lot of shit for playing a MOBA game) but eventually settled on Dota 2 as our "main game" which we still play and follow to this day. We drove to Seattle two years in a row to attend The International in person (TI5 and TI6) and are hopeful we can attend another TI in the future. The past few years we have also started getting back into Warcraft 3 and are both very excited for Reforged. After reading through some of the old comments in here and listening to the highlight reel that Borg put together I do feel guilty that we just abandoned ship without a proper goodbye or explanation. We were both really proud of the following we built for our show but never thought to do any kind of send off. We just recorded the last episode that we did and never got around to making another one. Like I said, I have no idea if anyone from before still visits these forums and will see this but if you do: thanks for listening and caring and my sincere apologies for ghosting all yall. Marty

Marty Oh man thanks for posting this. (admittedly its been 4 years) I loved this podcast back in the day and wondered what had happened to you guys. The highlight video on youtube was great and it captured all the classics. UT, monica stump, haypro did 9/11 and tricking Lennie. Glad that Marty got married, assuming it was a different girl then any mentioned in the show. Didn't see Borg as the marrying type but you never know! Hope you are both doing good and if you ever see it thanks for the show and appreciate the sign off.
